BEST GAME EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Also for people who enjoyed the game, there is a second game of it coming out. Look for it in stores in November. And for those of you haven't played the first game. Bye it....

This is a 3rd person superhero? open world, action game that is very reminiscent of the better Spider-Man games. This game is from Sucker Punch, the guys who did one of my favorite & most underrated ps2 series of games, Sly Cooper. It has all the typical open world tropes without feeling repetitive and stale like the game prototype did. You can either go down evil or good paths, and definitely begs for repeat plays.

You play as a courier, Cole, who awakes in the middle of a explosion that takes out a large part of the city, with newly gained electrical powers and has to figure out what is going on. Little does he know he is integral to what has happened and leads to a nice twist at the end. They do a good job of spacing out new powers and making city traversal alot of fun, just like the Spider-Man games.

If you have a ps3 you should definitely pick this game up.

InFamous is without doubt one of the stand out titles on the PS3. Whether you're sliding down cables, firing huge bolts of electricity from your fingers to fry the enemy or just saving people, you'll always get a thrill from the game. The world is believable and alive with people who will either love or fear you depending on your actions, the cast and voice work is really high quality and the storyline keeps you wanting to come back for more, learning about the origin of the main hero's powers and how this links to the state of the city. InFamous is certainly one of my favourite games of the year so far and it's a game every PS3 owner needs to own.
