Great for a party

I got this for my daughter's upcoming 2nd sesame st themed bday party. I opened it to "test" it out on her, and she loves it! i like that it pops right open and u can fold it closed for storage, and it's not one u have to inflate. it's made of a felt material, so i do worry that it could rip eventually. it says it will hold up to 4 kids, but i think comfortably maybe 2-3 small kids. i got in there w/ her though and fit just fine :) it does tip over though if u push on one side-- my daughter thought it was fun, but w/ more kids in there, it could be dangerous, but only if they're all on one side of it. it comes w/ 50 balls, which doesn't cover the bottom, so i got a bag of 150 more balls which is plenty. the box shows that the main opening to use to crawl in can be rolled up to stay open, but there's nothing like that. i just folded it up and taped it back, and it's fine. i want to keep it open so i can better see the kids.
i'm happy w/ my purchase and i'm sure the kids at the party will have fun (they're all around 18m-2y/o). getting this is much cheaper than renting a big ball pit, that's for sure! i can also see my daughter using this as a tent or something post-party b/c she already likes to crawl in there w/ her dolls and books.

I purchased this toy for my 15 month old son. He loves the toy. I loved the idea of being able to collapse it and store it easily. The unit does not have a base or anything to attach it to. So as he plays and moves around in there, he will tip it over. With him inside of it. We tucked the toy into a little cove so it would not go in all directions when it tipped over. although this minimized the location of the tipping over, there was not any way to keep him from hurting himself in the toy. Great design for a mellow child that will stay in there and sit and play. That is not my child;-).
