Great Buy! March 10, 2009 Reviewer:  Moxiemama (Idaho)  See all my reviews >

I purchased these in the pink, purple, and yellow. I wanted to use glass but was somewhat concerned about breakability so when I saw that evenflow had added sleeves to these I was really excited.

The only time these bottles have ever leaked is when the cap is tightened too much. When putting a plastic lid on a glass bottle the threads can pull so that they don't line up properly. So if the lid is snug then it is on right.

These bottles screw right on to my Lansinoh breast pump which is great when I have to pump and run out the door with a bottle in hand.

I love the low cost, simple, back to basics glass bottles and enjoy the sleeves that make them a little easier to handle.

Good Bottles June 8, 2009 Reviewer:  Mother of Twins "lmag" (Central Minnesota, USA)  See all my reviews >

I bought a couple packs of these and i like them that I don't have to worry about if it is BPA free and all that because glass is safest. They are easy to clean by hand or you can put them in the dishwasher without worry. These bottles are very sturdy I have dropped them many times even without the sleeve on and they have never broken. The sleeve come off and on easily and is easy to grip. I have had alot of people asking me about these bottles and have even had some of my friends switch. I also like that they screwed on my Medela breast pump. Although one of my twins has a problem with gas and unlike vented bottles it doesn't let air through. Sometime I have to use gas drops. But as a whole I do like these bottles and a pluse, they are slightly cheaper the others.

The best bottle by far!!! April 11, 2010 Reviewer:  Mom in Cali "Keely S" (Chico, CA)  See all my reviews >

These bottles are wonderful. I have to disagree with one of the previous posts that stated they aren't breastfeeding friendly. They're actually one of the best bottles FOR moms who breastfeed. The nipple is not contoured, but rather mimics a 'normal' (if there is such a thing!) . They are made to fit on to most breast pumps (I use the Medela Symphony, and it fits perfect), which makes it perfect for pumping and then going right to feeding/storing. The comment that glass isn't appropriate for storing is actually completely inaccurate. According to most breastfeeding websites, it's the superior storage choice when one wants to freeze breastmilk. It's more expensive to do it that way, which is why most of us use plastic bags. But glass actually insulates and protects the milk far better than plastic.

The cozy sleeves on this bottle takes away any reservations one might have in using glass. I have used the bottles (without the sleeves) for 2 1/2 years now, and have only had one break (my two year old threw it on the concrete), otherwise they've survived all other falls! (and there have been many!!!) Now that the sleeves are available, I am thrilled! They cushion the falls and make the bottles even more stylish ;-)

I would definitely recommend these to moms looking for a bottle. WIth glass, there are absolutely no bpa fears, plus, isn't every beverage (including milk) better from glass rather than plastic?! You will not regret trying these!

Leaky but replaceable February 18, 2010 Reviewer:  Lisa T "Lisa T" (Minneapolis, MN)  See all my reviews >

I was excited to receive 2 packs of the 8 ounce and 2 packs of the 4 ounce bottles at my baby shower. Once I started using them I saw that they leaked from the rings that secure the nipples. I called Evenflo and was told there were some defective nipples and they are mailing me new ones. Something to do with a tiny hole that is supposed to be on the base of the nipple within a small rectangular indentation. Only 3 of the 12 nipples actually had the holes which allow the nipple to suction and seal. I love everything else about the bottles and disagree with the other poster that the sleeves are a pain.

Perfect for pumping, never shatter, easy for baby to hold July 3, 2010 Reviewer:  For the Birds "Mom, Teacher, Child Care Educator" (New England)  See all my reviews >

I pump everything directly into these bottles- they are fabulous. Glass bottles from Medella leak everywhere, Dr. Browns are outrageously expensive and are not as resilient to drops (we own all three brands.) Truthfully, you don't even need the rubber wraps and could get away without them. I have dropped these repeatedly- on wood floors, without a chip. The one time I dropped it on a granite hearth the bottle did not shatter, but rather one of the threads from under the cover broke off (no rubber sleeve on that one) Mine were made in Mexico, a good alternative to Made in China brands.
