My mom bought this for my 20th birthday for me to have at my new apartment, and its the cutest toaster ever! It cooks bagels wonderfully, and doesn't burn them. I've caught my boyfriend using it sometimes over his toaster :]

How can you complain about a Hello Kitty toaster?
It gives you toast with a kitty face, and on top of that, it actually toasts my bagels just right without burning them.

i have had this toaster for about a year it works fine but i still have not been able to get hello kittys face clearly in the toast...i collect hello kitty items so i have kept it but it does not make toast like the picture shows!!! and the toast defiantly comes out a little soggy!!!

I purchased this toaster for my granddaughter's 8th birthday present. My granddaughter loves her new toaster. She has Celiac Disease and can't eat any gluten. She now has her own toaster so her gluten free bread won't get regular bread crumbs on it and make her sick. This was just what she needed so she can enjoy toast with her family for breakfast. The toaster works perfectly. No complaints.

I love Hello Kitty. I have had this for about a year....dont bother buying it to actually MAKE toast though.
The hello kitty face is made by having a huge portion on the bread that doesnt toast. I keep the setting on high and I am lucky if one side comes out toasty. The other side has nothing, just squishy bread not toasted at all.

I have had this toaster for about two years. There are no problems with it. I like my toast kind of light, so Kitty isn't always that easy to make out, but the toaster itself works fine, doesn't burn bread, etc. And the toaster is really cute!

I bought the Hello Kitty toaster for my daughter. I was dissapointed because the Hello Kitty face came out on one side of the bread & the other side was burnt toast. So, I decided to turn the toaster on & put it on the bagle setting for the bread. It worked! I got Hello Kitty on one side and the other side was not burnt. The Hello Kitty design comes out with lines on it from the inner frame. So it looks more like Hello Kitty is locked up. Dissapointed but cute idea.

Bunches of Hello Kitty products are on display for [price] in the Pinole, CA Target right now (Dec 1st) I toasted my Trader Joes French Toast in here...first I tried setting 4 plus hit defrost b/c it was frozen, it popped up but wasnt as toasted as I wanted so i put back in on 4 and reheat for a few more seconds and it was perfecto! Its such a cute yet functional item and looks great on my counter, but sadly no it doesnt make an imprint of hello kitty's face in my toast.
