The skirt fits really well and the leggings are great! No, the leggings are NOT attatched. They skirt is cute and fits good it's just a little high for me. I don't know about your standards but i like mine lower than this. But even besides that, I love the skirt and especially the leggings! Two great seperates that you can use over and over again and they are extremely versatile. This is a great buy.
