I ordered this waffle cone maker thinking it would be fun to make our own waffle cones. This particular maker, however, is very poorly made. The heating element is just a ring in the center and it burns that area of the cone while leaving the rest uncooked. The non-stick surface made it easy to remove the waffle cones from the maker, but it was not easy to clean. The ridges are so tiny that leftover batter gets stuck in them and you have to find a way to scrape it out without ruining the non-stick surface. If you really want a waffle cone maker, I'd recommend spending more on it, so you don't end up with a poor quality one like this one.
