I love my popcorn maker! I've had it for around 3 months now and it fits perfectly in my home theater room. My kids love using it since it's easy and quick. I don't know what the other reviewers below are talking about. They must have gotten lemons....karma's a b*tch.
I've also called Customer Service once because of a part that was damaged in shipping and they sent me a replacement part really quick.
I highly recommend this machine. It's sturdy and the kettle is large...not like the other small ones I usually see around.

Terrible customer service from Maxi-Matic. Popper Kettle stirring system did not work. Owned the popper for three days trying to get some trouble shooting information from the company. Hauled the machine back to the store and got my money back. Bought a another cart that works great.

This trolley was a steal! My kids and friends all love it. I keep it in my game room for when I entertain. It's easy to use and pops delicious fresh popcorn really quick. I use it almost every weekend. Have had it for a few months now, still works great!

I could hardly wait to pop corn. After cleaning prep on the popper and case, I found it could be used without the trolley, which was nice if you wish to use it on a counter. Or use the cart if you choose to roll it outside for a party. The popcorn seeds didn't pop well at all. I used three different brands of seeds, hopeful of finding one that popped well. Batch after batch, most of the seeds remained seeds. I called the maker, not a toll-free long distance call and was told to buy two other brands of popcorn seeds. If that doesn't work, they'd send me out a new "kettle". I was please to hear that, since it was a heavy item to return to the store. I did buy the other brands and had no luck. [...] I returned the popcorn popper and cart to the store (lucky for me, I didn't even take the cart out of the box). It could have been a lemon, but with the lack of customer service from the maker of this product, I didn't want to give it another try. I have always had great service with Target.com and will continue to place orders with Target.
