Generally, you get what you pay for, and for about $75 (with tax), this bookcase is a good buy. It assembled very easily (took me all of 5 minutes with just a screwdriver), and fit together well for a machined piece. The individual wood pieces were well-packaged and undamaged in the box (I'd recommend checking this in the store before lugging the piece home).

My only (minor) complaints: 1) 2 of the 4 shelves are not fixed and just sit on pegs - which is okay - adjustable shelves can be good, but these shelves don't fit very well and rock back and forth a bit, with more noticable gaps between the edges of the shelves and the uprights. 2) The piece is not terribly sturdy - it will rock to the right and left a bit if bumped, even when tightly assembled.

This bookcase is very sturdy and aesthetically pleasing. It’s also much larger than I expected. Assembly is fast and easy. Great buy! Also, you will need a very thin screw driver for the top of the bookcase (mine was too thick to fit in the holes)!

Although this is not particularly practical as a bookcase, it is the best storage space I have ever found for my old 33 1/3 record albums. It's an attractive piece of furnitue, and it displays my albums in an easily-accessible place. It is also a great size for photo albums. It fits into a small wall space and is both practical and easy on the eyes.

This looks great with the matching tables or even alone, but be sure to purchase some wood glue for the little nubs. Also the holes for the nubs were either too small or too big, but the inconsistency isn't noticeable unless you're looking for it. It's very sturdy; worth the money if you don't mind small faults.

Broken when delivered but not detected until opened which unfortunately 90 days had expired so now stuck with merchandise unable to use, replace and/or fix. Suggest to open immediately.

I am very happy with my purchase. I was looking for this kind of shelf unit for a long time. It is not too wide or too tall and really suits my purpose. I love the wood and especially the different color grains in the wood. I love the color too. It is very reasonably priced and does not look cheap.

This is a great bookcase. It looks very nice, was easy to set up. This is the second one I have purchased. I like it because it is tall, narrow and pretty sturdy. Works wonderfully for what I need.
