Wii Play, Wii have fun

Fifty dollars for a game....I do not know if any game is really worth it...but this is one of the better games on the Wii. It comes with a Wii remote. So you can sell it...So 30 bucks for this game is not bad. If I can recall there is 9 mini-games in total.
Two games are very addictive, the shooting range, and the military tank...I can not put down my controllers...these games are simple but very addictive. The shooting range is very reminiscent of "Duck Hunt" Nostalgic, but improved. Play it and be happy. The military tank one is very challenging. It is the best game on here.
Three games are sporty, laser hockey, ping-pong, and billiards...these are fun but not addictive as the previous two. Nintendo does a good job of replicating the real actions in billiards. Ping pong and laser hockey are adjustable and then become enjoyable.
Three are mediocre...cow racing, fishing, and find the Mii's. These games are kinda corny...but not entirely bad.
You do exactly what I stated...race a cow, fish for paper fish, and locate Mii's...made for 2 players entirely.
One game is just dumb. I do not even know what it is called...and I do not care. The object is to use your Mii character and move it into 3-4 different poses to pop a bubble it is trapped in. This is sounding dumb already. I felt is was a waste of programming code. Hope someone out there likes it.
This is well worth the 50 dollars if you need an extra Wii remote. 1 out of 9 games are dumb... This is not a bad ratio. I do wish the game was for more than 2 players. Oh well, what can you do?

so basically, you get another remote control for the usual price, and 9 more neat games for your wii for $10 more. Good buy for the money now a days.

Save $10 and just buy the remote

I was talked into paying the extra $10 to not only get an extra remote but a game as well. The box looked fun because it has a picture that sort of looked like duck hunt on it. It wasn't at all a game as it was a tutorial of how to use the Wii remote which is stupid because every game tells you how to use the remote right before you play it anyway. What a waste! Yeah... the "game" was boring and I would've been much better off just buying the remote and saving $10.

Not worth the extra money. The games are pretty lame - I don't expect that we'll ever play them again. I expected more - maybe too much, but...just get the extra remote and save your money.

I was hoping to get another addition to wii sports. My family loves wii sports and we play it all the time. This game was not up to the standards of wii sports. It also only allows for two players in every game. The remote that comes with it is nice but the game is collecting dust in my entertainment center.

This Wii Play is pretty much a tutorial on how to use your controllers. A few of the mini games are fun but that's all they are: Mini games.

I bought this game this afternoon and traded it this evening. The box graphics make the mini games look fun and engaging but like a previous reviewer said, Wii Play is more of a tutorial on how to use the wii-mote more than an actual game. The only plus is the additional remote.... but I could have saved my money and simply bought that by itself.

Lame Games, Buy remote separately

I purchased Wii Play thinking it was similar to Wii Sports. It's not even close to Wii Sports, all games are played sitting down and are pretty boring. Duck Hunt is probably the only game I really enjoyed. I would recommend buying the remote separately unless you have children under the age of 14, this is probably the age demographic for Wii Play.

Honestly, we haven't even played the game yet. We bought it for the remote. It was only $10 more for the package so we figure if we hate the game, we can trade it in or whatnot.

Save your 10$ and just get remote alone. The Wii Play is so boring I got rid of it on the first day.
