i love this gate. its very sturdy and reliable. the only thing i dont like is the installation. you have to kind of guess where the four points of the gate will be on the wall. then secure these cups that hold the four points onto the wall again and again until you get it aligned correctly. very tedious and annoying. then you have to tighten the four points until they are just tight enough that the gate will shut tight, but open easily. otherwise, this is a great gate.

I cannot recommend this gate enough. I have 6 children and pets galore and these have been a life saver.

We bought this as an alternative to the typical baby gates that you have to step over. The gate is great because you don't have to step over, reducing your chance of falling. However, be careful when you let your baby crawl through it. My daughter was doing this and the gate swung shut on her father closing her leg in the gate. Shortly after the mount must have been a little off, because it didn't latch tight enough and she was trapped again. We are just extra careful with it now. Overall we love this gate, its prefect for the doorway of our kitchen.

I purchased this gate so our new dog would stop having accidents in our carpeted area. It is a great gate, very kid friendly, so I would not recommend this for children over 2, since my 3 year old easily figured out the lock and now opens the gate by himself. It has great features like automatically closing after it is open.

i looked all over the stores and finally found this gate... exactly what i wanted, and i couldn't ask for anything more! i have 2 of these gates, and they are superb. the installation was easy, just screw out the pieces until the almost reach the wall and then place the cups on the wall... it's easy... took only a couple of minutes... and they haven't moved a centimeter since! i've had these for over a month, and they are just great!!!

We bought two of these gates--one regular and one with extensions--for our two Bedlington puppies, and both gates have worked out perfectly! The larger dog is 24 pounds and almost 18" at the shoulder, and the gates hold him in even when he smashes against it while playing or jumps up on it. The gate is extremely easy to open with one hand. You can adjust how difficult you want to make the door to open by tightening the pressure pads against the walls; I have one set to open easily just by lifting the actual door with one hand with just the lightest touch (but it still holds shut with pups pushing against it and cats jumping it), the other one leading to the rest of the house is set tighter so we have to pull back on the gate knob to open. We've had these gates for over a year now and they still look brand new and work perfectly! I found them very easy to install and easy to adjust. I couldn't be happier with them, and would buy them again in a second.

This is a great gate. I needed a pressure fit gate, but wanted a walk-through. Looking at the reviews, I settled on this one. I'm very happy with it. It set up pretty quickly, and only worked when set up correctly (a plus). Easily opens with one hand, and I also like that it shuts itself -- once you walk through, you can let go and it swings until it catches -- great when you have a wiggly baby in your arms! Good for top of stairs or any doorway. I would definitely recommend this gate.

THIS GREAT IS EASY TO GET IN AND OUT, BUT IT IS ALSO EASY TO OPEN JUST BY PUSHING ON IT. WHEN MY SON GETS OLDER, I THINK I'LL HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER GATE...

This gate has worked great for my family in fact we have three of them. the only things is they are kindof a pain to set up and if you accidentally puch one over it can become quite a chore. All in all these gates are safe and secure and my child and dogs can't get through them.
