This doesn't look like a $20 dress, but it dug around the arm holes. Also it would not be flaterring with a little pooch-belly, because the dropped waist is banded right below the belly button. It looked great with the IM cream 3/4 length cardigan (which I think is also on clearance)

Very cute. The one thing that comes through on the screen badly is that it is actually herringbone, but not huge like some other mizrahi (that shudder-worthy 80s style!). There are distinct "teeth" of black and white. However, I thought it still looked nice. The dress is cut very well, and is lined nicely. I seriously thought about keeping it, especially at that price, but the low waistband accentuates my lower half, which really needs no accentuating. I have learned not to buy things which are "ok" but only things that make me thrilled. However, I believe that a woman less endowed on the bottom than I could easily be thrilled by this dress. The neckline is just very very flattering!

This dress has a great pattern and cut. I found that it didn't fit me quite right in the bust area and might fit someone with a larger bust better. As with all the IM items I have purchased, I bought a size smaller than I usually wear.

I have to disagree with the bad reviews. It's a very cute cut, well lined inside so it is flattering on those of us with shapes. Boat neck makes my shoulders look athletic. It's a great work dress. Two things to know: first, it really is houndstooth. Online it looks like a grey blur, but trust me the houndsteeth are there! However, they are very small, so it's not like some 80s horror, it's actually quite subtle. Just clarifying because the picture on the Web is hard to discern. Second, because it's slung low, it'll draw attention to pear-shaped women's hips and butt. Overall though, super cute!

I ordered this dress online and was completely unhappy. I don't normally write reviews but I thought I should warn on the terribly boxy fit of this dress. It was worse than something I was dressed in as a little girl. I work at a pretty conservative job and I wouldn't even want to wear this to work!! I LOVE some of Issac's pieces but this is NOT the one.

Thought this looked really cute online, so I purchased...the material was a lot heavier than I expected and the cut is kind of overwhelming for someone small (I'm 5' 3). I looked like I was wearing an apron. Still, I could see this looking great on someone taller.

I'm a size 8 and I bought this dress in a size 8. I saw some other reviews saying the dress is too big, but the size 8 fits me perfectly. It might be that some ladies who wear a juniors size 7/8 need a women's size 6, but if you are a women's size 8, this dress should fit. It's great. I love the way it fits and looks on me. It's comfortable and really cute. It is perfect for an evening out or even for the office, I would think.
