I actually bought this from the store so that I could see what it looked like in person... boy was I surprised! It is absolutely fabulous! There are gray (actually appear white) and black threads woven in to make the 'plaid' pattern. There is a sheen to the material that gives it a really classy and sophisticated look. When the light hits it this comes out even more. I love the look that it brings to the bathroom... and with polished nickel bath accessories and white and/or black towels, this can be feminine or masculine. I actually painted my bathroom a light creamy beige color (brandied pear) and this curtain just sets the room off now. It is still sheer enough to let some light through... but definitely offers complete privacy when paired with a vinyl shower curtain in back of it.
I 100% l-o-v-e this curtain. And I am a picky person when it comes to decorating... so that is saying a lot!

I bought this in the store, but have an extra one ordered as a back-up. That is how truly pretty this is. It is very sleek and sophisticated. I painted the walls a light gray, cabinets are white and the floor is small white square tiles with black grout. The look is perfect! Hand towels are a variety of solid gray, solid red and solid yellow for contrast. I am very, very pleased.

I read the two reviews before purchacing the shower curtain. WOW!! It is really nice! I put grey and black on the floor, and cranberry and grey towels. It looks wonderful. This is the first time I have really mixed colors and I am very pleased with the outcome. The reviews were very helpful .

What a beautiful product, shimery and elegant. I was actually glad I read the more negative reviews as one of the complaints was the color was more gray than black. This product really enhances our gray walls and shower stall. Very modern look.

Definitely a much lighter color than the picture shows here. I bought this from the store, but I don't think I would have purchased it based on the picture here. The material has a nice, classy sheen to it. The curtain looks great in my bathroom with grey/lavender walls, white trim, and a slate-looking floor.

i've been looking for a steel gray curtain everywhere so when i saw this i was excited but when i actually received it it looked nothing like the picture. first of all it's much lighter and second it looks very cheap. i'm just giving it two stars bc shipping was free so i can take it back to the store
