I love this dress. The blue and black work so well together. The fit is great and the fabric is really nice. What's also great about this dress is that it can hid any areas on you that you don't find as flattering. Now that the dress is $20 I cant think of any reason not to buy it.

This dress looked extremely cute in the picture, but I was dissapointed with the real thing. The fabric looks cheap, and the fit is poor. I'm only 5'4" and this dress is way too short for me, especially because the hem hikes up in the front. I'm definitely returning it.

I have never got so many compliments in one day. This dress is so flattering. I felt thin, stylish and super comfortable. I just saw blue and black in this months Glamour as a big "trend". Who needs to know its from Target!

I love this dress. It is very cute on. The size 3 fits me great. The style is also very forgiving if you are trying to hide your tummy. The style of this dress caught my eye because it reminded me of the styles Rachel McAdams wore in The Notebook. The sleeves are so cute and in style right now. The only thing I would say could be better was the fabric of the dress. I think it's supposed to be crepe but it feels like it's not the high-end stuff. But it doesn't take much away from the dress. This dress is worth the buy, and I bought it before it went on sale.

I am so glad I broke down and ordered this dress. I was hesitant to after reading some less than pleasant reviews, but there were also some good reviews that kept my curiosity up. The fabric isn't nearly as bad as some of the reviews make it seem. I felt it was actually quite nice considering it's synthetic. the navy and black is a fun and unexpected colour combination and the dress is extremely comfortable.

The neckline is a little higher than pictured, and it has almost a kimono feel. It also is shorter than pictured, although not nearly a mini dress. I am 5'7 and it didn't feel uncomfortably short at all. I actually like the length even more in real life than in the picture. The detailing is exquisite in the sleeves and the hem of the skirt. There is a tulip effect at the bottom of the skirt and on the fluttery sleeves. The wide shoulders and fluttery sleeves give this a very vintage appeal. Think 1940's meets japan meets Diane Von Furstenberg.

The dress is extremely flattering and makes me look slimmer for sure. the wrap cut accentuates the waist, and the wide (but not too wide) shoulders make the waist seem even smaller. It runs pretty true to size. I'm a size 6 in dresses (8 for designer wear) and I ordered a medium which fits beautifully.

I would definitely recommend this dress, especially at the sale price. It's a wonderful buy and looks MUCH more expensive than it is.

the dress fits very nicely. the second layer of skirt makes the dress swing nicely while walking. some of the seams weren't tailored very well though and i'm not sure if i'm going to keep it. i'm short (5'1) and the dress is the perfect length for above the knee. i do like it, though my $ might be better going to a more expensive thing that's made better.

I was a bit wary about this dress, but I'm so glad I got it. I screeched with delight when I looked in the mirror. It fits perfectly and moves so nicely. Love it.

I'm 5'3" and I usually wear a size 6. I bought the small size and it fit perfectly. I received a lot of compliments on the color and it's a perfect dress for a night out. The fabric felt nice on the skin and it wasn't scratchy and the skirt lining gave the hem a little weight so it didn't feel like it was going to blow open. Highly recommended!

I really can't belive what some of the others wrote about this dress. It is truly beautiful. It's fits me perfectly in all the right places. I am a size 9-12. It always depends on the brand name and what kind of clothing item it is. I think this dress is great because the cut and the details are superb. The black underlining was a nice touch because it gives you some coverage. I usually wear boy shorts under all dresses and skirts but with this dress it would be ok if I forgot. The little slit and the scallops in the sleeves are pretty but not overly girlie. It also seems to be one of those dresses that will transition well into fall/winter. The material is heavy enough for colder weather over a black mock neck and black tights. You can wear flats or heels with it also. I didnt find the material to scratchy at all. I tend to take risks with fashion so I can understand why some people might not be comfortable with just anything but I really see nothing bold about this piece. To me it seems like anyone could wear it. And aren't we always being told that wrap dresses are flattering? Is seems to me that if it is too short for you, you might want to go up a size. You can always cinch it tighter. I wasn't impressed at first with the collection as a whole but I seem to warming up to it like a new album you just buy and listen to for the first time. I bought the brown dress with the diamonds on the front with the pink tie blouse,the black vest & the black & white striped shirt, and the grey pants with black piping with the black ruffle blouse. I will be getting the leaf sweater in the mail so we'll see. I really love navy blue on me with my blond hair so it was a no brainer. Also, color blocking is very in now. Please give this dress a chance.
