Pretty color and soft, but smaller than we thought!

We got these to put on the crib sheets, and while the color & quilting is very pretty and a nice change from all those white waterproof pads, they are smaller than we thought they would be. We assumed that since they were called "Sheet Savers" they would be the same size as our crib mattress, but they are MUCH smaller than a crib mattress. I'm not sure what the ties are for, since they don't reach any edges of the crib to tie them to. They are a great size for putting on our changing pad though. They're also smaller than our pack-n-play bassinet matress, so I'd suggest using these for changing the baby or just to lay down directly under a newborn so their sheets don't get wet right under them. They are prettier and softer than all the waterproof pads I've seen, but smaller too.

These are great not only to tie under the diaper area of the crib where your baby sleeps (we haven't had a problem with wetness on that end so far) but also to tie under the head area if you have a baby who spits up a lot. I like that they only go crossways over a portion of the crib because then they don't cover up the whole cute sheet you have on there. As others have said they are great changing pads. I keep one in my bedroom to save MY sheets when I am doing a quick diaper change on my bed. I also set one under my chest and my baby's head when I am nursing laying down in bed because I have a messy dribbly eater. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it is water resistant, not waterproof, so if you get it really soaking wet, the wetness will eventually seep through. Good for little messes though.

I purchased this item online and only received one. The advertisement clearly states set of 2. So, I ordered another set and they still only set me 1. I had to send it back to Target and they never reimbursed me the shipping charges - it was their mistake.

I love this product. I purchased one by Circo in the store and the color matched the crib sheet perfectly! So I ordered this 2 pack online and the color was a diffrent shade of baby blue.... (a strange shade)
But I still LOVE this product and will use them for sure!!
but just be aware that it is not the same color as the Circo brand you purchase in the store...
p.s. Why is Target so weird about the products online vs. in store... its like a totally dif company or something, when it comes to products and returns... dont like that!

A lot of people seem to think these are meant to cover the whole crib mattress. Not so. They are meant to go across the short way. They should be used either under the baby's bottom for diaper leaks or under the baby's face for babies that spit up a lot. We use ours mainly for spitting up. They are awesome! I don't have to change sheets in the middle of the night when my little ones spits up everything he just ate. I just remove the sheet saver and the sheets are dry!

These are very nice to have, it is alot easier to change this instead of changing the crib sheet.

I was so happy when I recieved these as a gift. I got 3 packages. However they are way too short for my crib, and not wetness proof. Just ends up being one more thing to clean and wash. They do work well to put in the tub for your little one to sit on while first learning how to take a bath like a Big person. I would just get extra sheets they are cheaper and more realiable.

Although they appear to be waterproof - each time used they allowed wetness to seep through. If using this as a true sheet saver, it is worthless.

This is a great idea for a crib. It is meant to be tied across the crib underneath the diaper area. The size is listed in the additional information. But what I have found to be the best use for it is in my pack n' play changing area. When my son dirties one, I just take it off and put on a clean one! They have been washed many many times and still look great.

Like the previous reviewer noted, these are not the same size as a crib sheet. They do, however, stretch a bit...and they were the PERFECT size to fit across the crib the short way. They tie up nice and snug, are very soft on top and fluid-resistant on the back, and they wash up VERY well.
We tied ours across the crib on the end opposite from where baby was sleeping, and used that end of the crib as a changing station. Alternately, you could tie them across the crib and lie baby down so his/her diaper area is on the sheet saver. They came in very handy for us!
