This is the robe that had such potential. There is good and bad news here. The good is that it is made from a soft, silky, lustrous fabric that is as pretty of a material as I have seen in a long time. The bad is that the quality of the seems and construction is just not that good. There are loose threads on the seems, some of the seems are not even together, and in the store I visited, every single robe had pics on the fabric. The lace is stiff and has pearl like beads on it that actually tend to pick the fabric as they rub against it.

When I first saw this robe, it took my breath away with how beautiful it first appeared. But once I looked it over closely, its flaws left me unimpressed. But even after all I've said, I still bought one and I love the way it feels on me! I bought the matching gown, which seemed to be better constructed but had the same type of rough beads on the lace.

Maybe I'm just too picky. I'm thinking about buying another one and making it into a dressy blouse! I have to agree with the shopper that said the fabric was "to die for!" It really is nice material. I've been waiting for Target to do some matching pajamas, and maybe even some slips of this same "luxe satin" fabric.

I bought one of these robes last month. I liked it so much I bought another one soon after. And then I bought yet another one. Everytime I go into Target, I buy another robe! I know it sounds crazy, but I just love them. Target has introduced some other satin lingerie now, like pajamas and fleece lined robes, but it is not as soft and sexy as the material in these. I'm afraid they may never make anything as good as these again and so I just keep stocking up on them. One night last week, it got really cold here and I just slept so wonderfully, wrapped in about ten robes. Oh my gosh, it was just heavenly. I know I'm crazy but you've got to buy one of these and try it! You need to get a robe, a matching gown, and one of the short chemises of the same material they have right now. Be careful, you might get hooked!

After shopping for baby clothes and gifts for everybody else, this robe grabbed my attention as I walked by the intimate apparel section. I don't need a robe or a gown. My closet is full of things I don't wear.

It was so soft and shiny though. As I felt it and examined it, I knew I had to get it.

I just love it and I plan to ask my husband to get the matching gown for me for Christmas.

I am a true satin lover and a true connoiseur of fine silk, satin, and lingerie fabrics. The fabric in this robe is a wonderful weight poly satin charmeuse. It is buttery soft. It practically melts in your hand and begs you to caress it. It is among the best I've ever seen. It shimmers and flows like magic. I've already purchased a large number of these wonderful robes, and the matching gowns of the same fabric. I couldn't even get through the checkout without other shoppers behind me wanting to feel these robes and comment on how beautiful they were. Even the checkout girl was impressed. Get one. Then you'll come back for more. The picture here does not do this robe justice. It is just gorgeous, really. I love it!

I received the pink one as a gift and like it so much I went to the store and purchased the this color. I just love how it feels on. It's much prettier than the picture here shows.
I can't really believe the price. This is such a good value.
