I received dress today I wanted this dress for my wedding it is a cute dress. the fit and style is great. But iam returing it I am going to get classic princess dress -opal cream . I think that dress will be more prefect for wedding dress.

So I have been patiently (ok not so patiently) waiting for the dress to arrive, so excited to have found something so close to what I had in my head. The dress finally arrived and I tore open the box. At which point my heart dropped, in a bad way. The dress is not opal, it is not even "creamy." it is crayon yellow. The fabric is cheap and I am heartbroken. Back to square one for me... my advice? Keep looking! This won't be your dream dress if what you want is what you see in the pictures!

The color description should not have opal in it - there is nothing opal about it, only cream - a pale creamy yellow! If I were shopping for a yellow dress, I'd have been very happy because the cut and fit is stunning, the lace as stated in another review is very forgiving and felt wonderful. Long but not as long as I feared and is made in a way that a good seamtress could hem and not lose the detail at the bottom. It was everything I was looking for except for the color and.......OH, I forgot one other thing, there was a stain on the belt! Obviously, I received someone elses reject! Let's give a one star to service.

This item is a cute dress, but please read my review to make sure it is right for you.
Description inaccuracy: The lace is a stretchy lace, and doesn't look formal up close. (On the other hand, it is more forgiving fit than traditional lace.) The detachable fabric belt/bow is a grosgrain ribbon with snaps. The lining of the dress looks too shiny to be georgette, but it is a comfortable polyester.
Size: I generally wear size 10 Isaac Mizrahi dresses from the Target store. I ordered size 10 in this dress, and it was a little small. I should have obeyed my gut instinct and gone up a size for anything advertised as "bridal".
Length: The dress is quite long. I am 5' 1-1/2" (156 cm) and I tried this dress (size 10) on with 4-inch heels. It was still about an inch too long. Since the bottom of the dress has a scalloped edge lace, you will lose that specific detail if you shorten the hem.
If you plan to use this as a wedding dress, you will probably want to replace the grosgrain ribbon bow with either a contrast color tie, or a shiny satin tie.
See also the reviews for the Isaac Mizrahi Stretch Lace Dress. I think they are almost identical, just different length.
