I just received the necklace today and I bought this as a gift. It comes nicely packaged in a little beige canvas drawstring pouch and that came inside of a small box and the necklace is attached to the card that you see pictured above. It has nice diamond cutting around the edges of the heart and the xoxo was engraved nicely on the heart pendant. The chain is well made-looks like it will last. I gave it four stars instead of five because the pendant has one tiny scratch but not noticeable enough for me to return it. I just polished it up and it looks great. I chalked it up to the handmade process. I would love to get a second one for my daughter.
