I bought this HDD because my laptop has a 40GB HDD, and I have to say it is awesome. It has a plug-and-play compatibility, so the second I plugged it in it was ready to go! =) The only downfall I see, if you have a laptop like me, is that you have to plug it in to a power source for it to work, but if you have a desktop, there are no worries for y'all. GREAT BUY, most certainly recommended!
