YES, these shelves can be stacked on top of each other! Each shelf comes w/ two connector screws that can be screwed into the top of the poles instead of the little black caps you see in the picture. When you buy a second shelf you get the other two screws you'll need to connect all four poles.

I am using my shelves to organize the bottom half of my closet. (I did not stack them on top of each other.) I am very pleased with how sturdy these shelves are. The max weight for an entire unit is 250 lbs!

Have purchased dozens of these little shelving units for my business. Easy to put together and very durable and strong. Have used them inside and out. If you don't need wheels, it is far superior to Target's rolling 3 tier chrome cart that sells for double the price.

I've had this item for over 5 years and have used it for everything from a pantry shelf, to a TV stand, to a shelf holding random things. The only problem I have is finding replacement plastic pieces for placing the actual shelves onto the legs. [...]

I got my first Mini-Metal shelving a month or so ago and it was so useful and attractive I got another. They are wonderfully strong. Assembly took about 15 minutes once I got started, without tools. Each leg has a levelling foot so the unit doesn't wobble. The chrome finish looks great. The shelves are height adjustable, so you can get a custom fit for books, boxes and whatever. Just measure your stored item and set the shelves accordingly. I don't see how this unit can be overloaded it is so steady and sturdy. I have the web page for the shelves on my favorites file in case I want to get another unit as a gift or for myself. It is a really good buy and the quality is excellent.

I bought this product in the summer of 2008; and used it to place BBQ items such as bread, and condiments. I now use it as storage for under the kitchen sink cleaning products. It is sturdy and has multiple uses. I would defintely recommended this product!

Perfect size for my DVD and Book collection at school. It was pretty easy to set up and is sturdy and compact. Works very well for a small space!

This item appears to be the same as one in the store but they are Room Essentials. The size is 30" H x 23"W X 13"D.

I just bought these shelves and they are perfect for our makeshift pantry in our new house. After reading how they can be stacked on top of ech other, I am going to get another one, since it is kind of short. The only issue I had with the assembly was snapping together the little black pieces around the poles. They don't really fit together...I just put them on as tight as I could then slid the shelves on. The poles also have things at the bottom so you can adjust it if your floors aren't even..which ours were not.

Definetly worth the money..I just got mine on sale [...] yesterday!!!!

Looked simple enough... however, the product has thes plastic tube clamps to hold the shelves in place and they are supposed to snap around the legs and secure. They don't, I followed directions, arrows facing up towards top, reread, they don't snap together, they come close but they do not snap together.
