I bought this chair because I needed it! Well don't think it will last a year because it broke apart before a year! The armrest starting splitting were the screws were and the chair didn't want to go up and down! The wheels started to break! Cheap chair but until you can get a more expensive one this will do!

I have had this chair for over 2 years. I use it on carpet and have not had any trouble with the wheels whatsoever. It is comfortable, and adjusts up and down easily.

I purchased this chair in the Woodland Hills, CA store, took it home and assembled it with relative ease. Instructions were easy to understand and assembly was normal. I was done in about 1/2 hour. I have had my chair for almost three years now with absolutely no problems! My grown daughter and I use it every single day as it is the desk chair at the computer. The leather looks as good as it did when I first opened the box and it has not ripped or torn (our cats love it too, they like to twirl around in it). It's easy to clean and very easy to use and adjust. It's also very comfortable because the back is high (I'm 5'8" and it comes to the base of my neck). My daughter and I sit in it for hours working or playing games on the computer. If the chair is put together properly, it will last and last and last with no problems at all (I'm a woman and I did it alone). I love this chair SO much that I'm buying another one and taking it to my job. This has been the best spent [money] ever spent.

This chair is of very poor quality. 2 of the [...] wheels broke off, it's noisy when you get up or sit down and the arms are too low. I would not recommend this.

Had this chair for almost 2 years now. I bought it when I was about 7 or 8 months pregnant & put it 2gether with ease. It is still going strong. Could use a little extra cushion when in use for extended periods of time but it does its job for the price. Would recommend to anyone shopping for a descent chair on a budget.

was easy to put together but that's about it. not very comfortable and a wheel broke off after about one month. tried to e-mail Target to send me a replacement wheel but they were not helpful at all. keep the box and the stuff inside! it is likely you will be returning this chair if you do decide to buy it. [...] my advice is spend a little more and get a decent chair.

This chair is a HUGE improvement from what I had before, and my boyfriend didn't have any trouble putting it together...however, I know it's not gonna last forever...next time I'll spend more and get a nicer chair. But for the money I spent, I'm satisfied. I spend a lot of time at the computer, and I never get uncomfortable from sitting in this chair for too long.

This chair looks good, but the appearance is very deceiving. It's not confortable to sit in for any length of time and the plastic arms broke right at the mounting screws. I will never purchase another chair by this manufacturer. It is a waste of money.

We thought we were getting a great deal on a comfortable chair for my husband - BEWARE as cheap also means cheap service. We bought this at our nearest Target store 60+miles from home and got it home, my husband tried to put it together but the screws to hold the back of the chair on were smaller than the hole. We really like this chair. My husband doesn't have a very good back and this seems to help. He sits in it all day. I did have a problem with the lift when I first bought it and I had to call the manufactures. They weren't very nice, but they did send the replacement part. Oh well. It's a good price for the chair.
