After a long furniture shopping fiasco, I returned to this, my first choice, for my apartment living room. I'm very happy with it; it's a solid piece of furniture and I love the color (image is pretty accurate, I found.) Very soft microfiber fabric as well. I would also give the shipping alone 5 stars. It came very quickly-on the first day of the estimated shipping dates.
The tricky bit was putting it together. The description "some assembly required" is deceiving, as you have to assemble the whole thing. The back and seat screw together (and I have to report one of the pre-drilled holes in my sofa was not drilled correctly.) Then the arms/sides slide on. Be careful there, as they are not marked left and right. I become quite frustrated before I realized I was trying to attach them oppositely. You also have to stuff the back pillows, and I recommend ironing the fabric first.
All things considered, however, it is a beautiful piece and I would definitely consider purchasing the loveseat if it became available. Just be aware of the assembly process.
