I agree with the first reviewer, plus you can also use it as a stipling brush for liquid foundation. It gives you the flawless, air brushed look. Love this brush!

I bought this brush as a cheaper alternative to MAC's stippling brush...on YouTube I subscribe to "gossmakeupartist", a male makeup artist who does demos of makeup application - and his are by far the best that I've found - anyway, he uses MAC's stippling brush to apply cream foundations and he recommended them to his viewers.

I decided to buy this brush, as I mentioned, because it is the same concept as the stippling brush but is half the price. I immediately went home (well, the car's vanity mirror) and tried it out. I was extremely pleased with the way it really softens the look that cream or stick foundations can have when applied to the skin. It took one of my least favorite foundations (MaxFactor's PanStik) and made it look as though I had airbrushed my foundation on. It gently buffs the makeup over the skin and is soooo soft and silky. It takes a small amount of foundation and stretches it - using WAY less product than if I had taken the stick and applied it directly to my face.

It also is wonderful for cream blushes and concealer (undereye, mind you...I wouldn't recommend it for spot pimple concealing). If you're looking for that medium - full coverage that a cream/stick foundation can offer you - this brush will give you the most natural appearance possible. I haven't tried it with my mineral foundation yet, but supposedly it's magical in that area as well.

The only downside to this brush...because you're using it with creams, it needs to be cleaned more often. I wash it every other day by rubbing the bristles with a little olive oil and then rinse that out with a mild facial cleanser (I use Alba's Pineapple Enzyme Cleanser). I have found that washing my brushes with just a lather doesn't give them the softness afterward that I'm looking for...it just takes it away and slowly dries the bristles out too much.

SO....Buy this brush! It's beautiful, soft, and works better than any other foundation brush or sponge that I have ever tried ... and I've tried them all.

I love this brush i use if to apply my Mac studio sculpt foundation and it works wonders, it goes on so evenly. it compares to the 180 mac brush that kim kardashian used on her tutorial on you tube.

This brush is perfect for applying your finshing powders. I use it every single day. The bristles are so very soft and dense enough to pick up your product well. I just love it! I hate MAC makeup and MAC brushes. So over priced for a company that makes awful makeup and bad brushes. I will stick to Sonia Kashuk. I use the Flat Top Buffer Brush to apply my liquid foundation. It works wonders and really makes my makeup look flawless! Thank you Sonia Kashuk!!

I was very skeptical at first. I looked for reviews for this brush on youtube.com. Then I looked here on target.com. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS BRUSH! I use it to apply my Mac Moistureblend or foundation and Mac Mineralize skin finish. I was shocked! I've never seen my face look so fresh!! I'm not usually one to write reviews.. believe me! Its better than any other Mac brush that I currently own! TAKE THE PLUNGE! BUY THIS BRUSH!

The only con to me is that it is a little small... so it takes longer to apply. But I actually like that better. Because its small its easier to get around the nose and under the eyes ect.

No more MAC 187 brush for me! I found my new love! =)

This is one of my all time favorite brushes. The bristles are soft and do a fabulous job for multiple uses. Blush, foundation, contour, stipple. Love this one better that any of my MAC brushes. Get this you won't regret it. Sonia did a great job with this one.

I used it this morning with my Dermablend foundation - worked like a charm.....
Went back today on my lunch hour and picked up another one to use with my MAC Studio Fix Fluid.
Also got 2 more of the white handled nylon multitasking brushes (its small cant remember the name)...this thing is the BOMB!!
I also purchased the Sponge, mine is PURPLE--I'll let you know about that one tomorrow.

I purchased this brush for use with a Nars Multiple. It applies the creamy color perfectly. I love this brush! I hope Sonia Kashuk creates a bigger version for quick & easy liquid foundation application.

There are several reasons why I love this brush. First, you can't beat the price! It's extremely soft which is great for sensitive skin. It's technically a blush brush, but I like it better for powder foundations and mineral powders-I just press it into whatever powder I'm using and then buff it into my skin. The handle has a curved design which allows you to get a nice grip. I have an arsenal of more expensive powder brushes, but I reach for this instead!

this is a wonderful and soft stippling brush. i use my bronzer with this and gives my face a natural and airbrush look.
