I have had problems with feedback when using the built in mic and speaker of my laptop with Skype or other voice over IP services. This is the perfect solution. It plugs into your USB port and requires no driver so it is very easy to install. It has adequate volume and the full duplex functionality means that you will not encounter the problems that 1/2 duplex speakers phones do with cutting off the beginning of the speakers sentence. It's a great option to using a headset. I highly recommend it.
