The number one issue I had with ordering this item is that it does not come with the filter!!! So, it's kind of useless! It is supposed to come with the filter, but the first one I received did not come with one, I called Target and they sent me a replacement, and that one also did not come with a filter! They wanted me to send both pitchers back, but I need one! So, I had them just send me the filter alone. I am happy with how Target resolved the issue, although it took a few phone calls. And the pitcher filter...so far so good!!! It take quite a while to fill it up, but the water does taste better!!!

Does not come with a filter. At $25 a piece, you would think they would include it. Also, when the pitcher is tilted, the lid has to be held with another hand to avoid a spill.
