If you have a 9V pump, do not purchase this. This pump is a 12V pump. It does not state that it is and when I received it, the box clearly states this is not for use for 9V pumps.

This is a must have for a breastfeeding mom on the go. I'd rather pump in my car than in a bathroom so this is great!!! I use it with the Medela Pump in Style.

I went ahead and purchased this adapter with my Medela Pump N Style Backpack. I am glad that I did. Although I don't use it very often it is nice to have as a back up. It works great. I had the electric go out at the office where I work and I was needing to pump. It worked like a charm and I didn't miss a pumping session.

The description doesn't mention the voltage, so I ordered it anyway because it was cheaper than the other one for sale and received a 12 Volt charger. The box my breastpump came in recommends a 9 Volt so I will be returning this. Only gave it 3 stars because I didn't use it and I'm sure it works fine but the product decsription is lacking. It states it will work with the Medela In Style Breastpump, is there a differece from the Medela PUMP In Style Breastpump?

Believe it or not, I have actually pumped in the car (with my husband driving) during travel. I used a breastfeeding cover for modesty's sake. I highly recommend having this plug if you travel!

I bought this incase we would be out somewhere and i needed to pump. we actually used for our vacation road trip. it was a 7 hour trip so I still got to pump.

I was worried that this wouldn't work as well as the wall adapter but it did! I had to use it recently on a trip while my husband drove and I was amazed at how well it worked. I would recommend this to any mom that needs to pump on the go!
