I purchased these particular hooks because I could not find the simple round hooks in the store. They are cute and will add personality to most shower curtains...but everytime I pull the curtain they unhook from around the rod which can be annoying. But if you don't mind re-hooking them all the time.... they get the job done with style.

I had a problem with these hooks when I first got them. They wouldn't slide smoothly along the metal rod, but the solution is to grease the rod with a thin layer of vaseline (because it won't dry up) Works like a charm!! I highly recommend these hooks.

I bought these hooks because they were much more affordable than some that I had seen at [an upscale store]. I love the look of the hooks, and they are very convenient because they don't have to be snapped together to stay on the rod. I haven't had any problems with them falling off the rod. In fact, I love that they are so easy to put back up after I wash my shower curtain. However, I have had them about a year now and some have rusted pretty badly, mostly the ones closest to the shower head. Still, I would buy them again because they look so nice.

After just a few months, these hooks became terribly rusted--they were an eyesore and stained our shower curtain. Perhaps this would be less of a problem in a dryer climate or a home with air conditioning, but I certainly would not recommend these hooks otherwise.

Looks like something they would have at the W Hotel. I have a solution for the metal on metal problem -- they use it in retail stores... take a piece of wax paper and rub it along the rod -- it will slide great!!!

These DO look wonderful--very stylish. However, we also have the same problem with the hooks coming off the rod. I'm going to try the vaseline trick. Thanks!

These hooks are the best. My bathroom theme is black and white, so I use these hooks for all my shower curtains. They dont get rusty and they bring life to your curtain rod.

I, too, was wary of buying these hooks after reading a couple of the reviews. But I did purchase them and am very glad I did. Not only do I have absolutely no problems with them, they look excellent! They are one of my favorite parts of my bathroom. I do not know why some other reviewers have had trouble with theirs because I think these are perfect!

I bought these hooks just over a year ago and although they look really nice and have a nice weight to them, they tend to fall off the rod almost every time. I also used the rod in the picture which by the way gets rusty, another nuisance that has to be dealt with. Overall I'd say choose a better quality or go with a different look all together. Such a bummer!!!
