The measuring cups are the best thing out of this. The mixing bowls are to that big and the msg. spoons are very cheap. It would have been better if the measuring cups had tops to them. Would have been better to skip this and just got the cups.

I love pyrex products so I thought that this set would make a perfect addition to my new kitchen. I was extremely disappointed in the measuring spoons. They were extremely flimsy and cheap as if they were meant for one time use only. The measuring cups are wonderful and I love how they stack neatly inside of one another. The mixing bowls were a big disappointment. If you plan to use a hand held mixer then you might want to consider another set of mixing bowls. These bowls are very shallow so your ingredients will sling over the sides of the bowls even on low settings.

I use my pyrex mixing bowls and measuring cups all of the time! They are great because they are microwave safe! You don't have to hastle with switching bowls in between baking! Since they are glass they are very easy to clean, or you just toss em' in the dishwasher! GREAT!

My fiance and I purchased these when we moved in together, and I love them! I bake a lot, and he likes to cook, so we've both used these items many times a day in the 6 months we've had them. The bowls are the perfect size for mixing items by hand, and the measuring cups are the best I've ever used. I've dropped the cups several times and there's not even a chip on them! I've also used the cups and bowls in the microwave for a short time and had no issues. Everyone complains about the measuring spoons, but are you really looking at this set for those? You can get a nice set of measuring spoons anywhere for a few dollars. The bowls and measuring cups in this set are great and completely worth the cost. I also like that I can stack them up to save cabinet space.

I got this set for my Bridal Shower for my April '08 wedding. I absolutely love it! The measuring cups are extremely durable. The mixing bowls are also fantastic, although they haven't had nearly as much use as the cups have. Only problem is the measuring spoons, I snapped one of them accidentally, but its still able to be used. Also, the ink on the handle displaying which size it is bleeds very easily, even when I washed them only by hand. Other than that, GREAT items, I love 'em!

I received this set as a shower gift, and am just as pleased as I thought I would be. The set is durable, and work perfectly for my family. Like other reviewers, I found the measuring spoons to be very flimsy...that's the only reason I gave this set only 4 stars!

You can't ever go wrong with Pyrex. This set is great and stands up to every day use. I don't know how one reviewer "shattered" her Pyrex... I have never had a problem with this brand.

I would give this Pyrex set 5 stars, but the paint on the measuring spoons has started bleeding off since the first wash. I almost wish Pyrex hadn't included such measuring spoons because they diminish an otherwise fantastic set. I use the measuring cups and the mixing bowls constantly. I still recommend this product, but encourage anyone to buy a separate set of measuring spoons.

I find the usual Pyrex quality present in the measuring cups and bowls, though the bowls are a bit small. The measuring spoons are very lightweight and not at all what one would expect. The biggest problem was that there was just two measuring cups in the set, yet the box was sealed when I bought it and brought it home and not dented or damaged so I don't know, unless at the factory, how the middle size one could have been removed. I couldn't see how I could prove it to file a claim at the store. So I'm sure I'm just out of luck.
