I can't believe I found this the second week after my baby was born.
IT IS SIMPLE and IT WORKS!
Simply put them in the microwave for 25 sec and they are warm for 5-8 minutes. It works so well for me the first two months when I tried to establish my milk supply. I used them to warm my breast for 10-15 minutes, and then I massaged my breasts and pumped milk out.
I didn't use them after the 3rd month because I didn't need them anymore. My milk supply has been very steady and sufficient since then. Great product.

I love these packs! They are easy to get cold, easy to get warm, and SOFT on your body. The hole in the middle if awesome when you have sore nipples (or mastitis), very comforting.

I used these with my son whom I nursed five years ago really helped with engorgement, blocked ducts, and let down they lasted for two years. I am expecting my second child any day now. Already, I purchased these and am taking them to the hospital with me. Made my breast feel great can be used warm or cold. Beat standing in the shower trying to ease engorgement.

I am so thankful that my husband found these at Target for me! They are so fantastic - the best part is that they sit in my nursing bra very nicely, so I don't have to hold them on to me. They are much better than standing in the shower - too much work! :)

These packs are a must have item for nursing moms! They warm up quickly as directed on the box and can be inserted into your nursing bra to be held in place. (I didn't wear them out in public though since the pads are bulky underneath my shirt.) In addition to massaging the plugged area, hot showers, and warm compresses, these packs have helped me when I've had plugged ducts.

This is a wonderful product! I am so glad I recieved them as a gift for my baby shower. I would've resorted to standing in a shower all day long if I didn't have them. I've had blocked ducts twice so far. These were wonderful! Just pop them in a microwave and presto. Instant let down and relief. Thank goodness the middle was cut out of these. My nipples were sore enough when I started breast feeding. Whenever I am at Target I buy out the stock and give them to all of my new mom friends.

I wish I had had these when my first child was born! You can use them warm or cold, depending on what helps you. I haven't tried them before pumping, but they are amazing any other time. I love them, and plan to get them for every baby gift from now on!

These saved my life when my milk was coming in and my milk ducts would get really engorged to the point my daughter couldn't latch on. These packs helped the milk come down and eased the extreme discomfort.
