When I opened the box I discovered that the mirror was broken - not the glass itself - but,the frame around it had come apart. It is assembled with heavy duty staples, so I'm not confident about whether I can repair it or how it will hold up - or hold the mirror in place - once repaired. If, like me, you paid as much in shipping as for the item, keep in mind that shipping is not refunded - so you're out money. I caution folks to think long and hard before buying this item on-line.

I purchased this mirror to go with the dresser (and all of it's matching bedroom components) and was VERY disappointed! The "wood" is cheap and any little bang, nick or scrape can (and will) damage the furniture. It was hell trying to attach the mirror to the dresser without damaging or scratching it. It is definitely a 2-person job! And the mirror does not sit flush against the back of the dresser. The manufacturer doesn't give you enough nails/screws, so it ends up being wobbly. I had to push the dresser up against the wall to keep the mirror from possibly tipping forward. It is NOT a sturdy piece of furniture! Buy it for looks, not for function. But, what more do you want for the price? It's cheap for a reason!

Goes great with the chocolate collection! I love it. My daughter loves it! We have it over her bed with two small pieces of canvas art around it. I recommend this with or without the bedroom collection. A great mirror. Looks very expensive and classy!

DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!!!!
I purchased 5 pieces of this Chocolate set. Of the 5 pieces, 3 of them were broken. I called Target Guest Services and after 2 hours on the phone with non-english speaking folks, they finally figured out I was not particularly happy about this. They sent me the 3 replacement items, upon receipt, I discovered that 2 of these 3 pieces were broken!!!!!! You can imagine my extreme disappointment, even more so with the response from Guest Services and there complete unwillingness to help me solve this problem.
This furniture is nothing more than cardboard GARBAGE!!!!!! Spend the extra money and get something that will last!

Of the 5 pieces I bought from this set, this is by far the best piece. Sturdy, no damage, and easy to assemble. I do recommend reading all the reviews for these pieces before purchasing. Most are pretty accurate, so buyer beware. That being said, 5 pieces for less than a big price is a good deal if you're not looking for heirloom quality furniture.

I purchased this item along w/ 4 other of the chocolate collection

The mirror was damaged and was returned by UPS it was never deliverd when i realized the mirror did not arrive i called UPS they advised me of the damage & to contact Target i called the store and they gave me a number for target.com i spoke to a rep and explained what happend she advised me that a refund would be issued for the damaged item i request to have another one sent she placed me on hold for a brief moment & when she returned she advised me that she would have another one sent out 2 me on 2day shipping

the call took less than 10mins i was happy they were sending me another one w/ in 2days i received the mirror and my bed room is now complete Target Customer Service was so helpful and i dont blame them for items that were damaged in shipping UPS should probably read the boxes alittle more carfully before tossing them around

I was amazed w/ how inexpensive it was it looks like it would be worth 3 times what i paid nothing has fallen apart every thing is sturdy if put together correctly
