I took a chance and purchased this can opener. I was amazed at the size and substance of this appliance, and of how nice it looks on the counter. The pictures do not do it justice, they should show it next to an average can so you can see for yourself. It is quiet and powerful. The only complaint I have is that you have to pull the handle up firmly in order for it to stop cutting the entire lid off so that it falls into whatever it is you are opening, rather than letting up on the pressure. I suppose I can get used to that!

One of the best small appliances I own. Mom had a similiar one, but was so not pleased, it broke down quick. So for Moms Day, yes she is getting a can opener but I know she will be so happy with it. Quiet, efficient for any size can I have ever had in the house. Had it about 2 years and runs as great as it did the first day. Kudos to this product!!!! (I dont say that often).

This is the best looking can opener around and works great. Its a little bigger than most can openers but that doesn't bother me. Hold up even the heaviest cans. Its quick and quiet.

I received this can opener after I ordered it on target.com. It was way bigger than I expected it to be. It serves it purpose of opening cans, but takes up alot of counter space. Not recommended for the person who doesnt like clutter on the counter.

Seriously, this is a beautiful item. I added red accents to my kitchen after remodeling. This little cutie looks great on the counter, and I have had NO PROBLEMS opening cans.

I love the sleek look of this can opener! It looks so unique and fits in perfectly with my other kitchen appliances. I gave it 4 stars because I have noticed that the magnet that holds the lid of the can doesn't hold it every time. It does for the most part, but does that occasionally. It is still a great item though!

We got this can opener in red as a wedding gift and it is PERFECT!!! It stands on our counter as also a decorative item...but works great. It's kind of big, so don't be surprised when you get it-but we've had no problems and love the way it looks!
