I like this knife i have only used it a handful of times so far but it gets the job done. I really like the case it comes with very nice for storage. Plus it is easy to wash.

I purchased this knife for one reason only - the description stated the blade was 11.5 inches long. Upon receipt and examination - the blade was only 7 inches long - not 11.5 as described. Perhaps the with the part that fit into the knife, it was 11.5 inches, but the blade was not. Because I live in an area that is outside of the states, I ended up paying an additional [price] in postage. It was not worth it for me to return a [price] knife when I had paid [price] in postage. Basically - a pretty inaccurate description.

I liked their old model, it had a handle and was more convenient to handle and carve and slice. It works great as a knife and I love it, but the handle would make it a lot easier. I often wonder who designs kitchen items? Men or women? Young or older, with or without arthritis? Interesting idea!
