Nice size and got the job done. More real heart sound that most. More of a deep swooshing sound than bump bump sound, if that makes any sense.

Like the setting too. If baby cries it will start up then auto shut off if you need it too.

My daughter would love to fall asleep on my shoulder and when I went to put her down she would scream. When I got this product it made a huge difference. Once I put her down she would not scream, at least not until the heartbeat sound went off. My complaint is that the heart beat only stays on for about 5 minutes and that is just not long enough. I ended up having to buy another product that has an option for the heartbeat to last 45 minutes.

I bought this bear for my daughter, and was skeptical about using it...but the first time I turned it on I could tell she was very aware of the sounds that it was making. It soothes her to sleep and is a lifesaver on many nights..plus the bear itself is extremely cute.

Our son loves the sound of the heartbeat that this makes. It is great that it comes back on when he cries and that the sound machine can be removed from the bear. So far proven very useful!

I got this as a shower gift and think this is awesome! The sounds are exactly as they are during an ultrasound.

I took this bear to the hospital when I had my son 10 days ago. He would fall right to sleep when we turned it on. He had jaundice pretty bad and had to be in the billirubin light 24/7. It broke my heart not to be able to hold him, but he never fussed, as long as we kept the bear in the bed with him. If he made a noise, it would activate the sound - which was great!

We had a really fussy baby the first few weeks and found SHHing him worked well. But at 2am you are too tired to SHH for a long time. Then we remembered we had this bear. We turned it on and it worked like a charm. After that first night we took the sound machine out of the bear and walked around with that on our shoulder. It worked great. The only complaint I have is that it is on a timer. It will only sound for 5 minutes. It will pop back on if you simply tap it but on really fussy nights it can be enough to jar him awake.

What can I say about the slumber Bear? It's been a life saver. My daughter falls asleep so quickly when her Slumber Bear is next to her. I am so happy I bought this for her (I think my husband is too!). I really recommend this to parents as a tool to help you with your baby. My daughter is now 4 mos and she still falls asleep to this as quickly as she did when we took her home from the hospital.

My daughter fell in love with the blankie. She is now 18 months old and still sleeps with it. I had to go on the Prince Lionheart web site to purchase back up blankies.
