Ok Backpack Carrier

This carrier is really comfortable for the baby, but not always so comfortable for the one caring him/her around. The chest strap didn't fit me (I am 5'4" with a medium frame) so that put extra strain on my shoulders. There is no way to put the kickstand back in (or out) once the baby is on your back; unless you have someone with you. This could be dangerous. It also feels so heavy and big once I get my daughter on my back. These are three of the biggest negative aspects for me. On the positive side...
My daughter really does enjoy being in this carrier. She can even fall asleep in it. The seat for the baby in this carrier allows for the baby to be sitting down more that just straddling a piece of material, and I really liked that.
If you want comfort for yourself, you might want to keep looking for another carrier. If you want comfort for the baby this carrier is great for that.

My 10-month-old son is very comfortable in this carrier. It's easy to use. I have no problems putting it on and off by myself (using the kickstand) and pushing the kickstand in after standing up. The straps are well padded. Only problem is I'm 5'4" with a smaller build and the torso length is just too long for me. The only way to adjust it is by making the shoulder straps shorter, and I have them as short as they will go. Also the srap that goes across hits right at my chest and puts pressure on it. Not great if you're breastfeeding. That said, I could deal with it. My son is 24 pounds, and I haven't had any discomfort for the walks we take around the neighborhood. I just think something more adjustable would fit me better. Very comfortable for him, though.

Both my 8 month old, 22 lb son and I LOVE THIS backpack!! While you will obviously feel the weight of a baby on your back, the backpack itself is very comfortable and very light. I clean, cook, walk, and shop with him on my back, quiet as a mouse just enjoying himself! (that is if he doesn't fall right to sleep!). After a while in his stroller he would want to be held at the store...Which is tough when you are by yourself shopping (and it's nearly impossible to shop for a lot of items with a grocery cart and a stroller anyway). This eliminated that problem-I put baby on my back and he just has a ball back there. I would reccommend this to everyone-I get compliments/comments about it ALL THE TIME. Well worth the money. I've used it every day since I received it.
