I bought this for my daughter's twin bed and we've been very pleased. It does a great job of protecting the mattress. Doesn't have a plastic feel or sound. You'd never know it was on the bed. And it doesn't make you sweat or anything. You really wouldn't ever even know it was on the bed, except that it does a great job of protecting the bed.

More comfortable than most waterproof mattress pads due to it's quilted cover, this pad is, unfortunately, very poorly constructed. We've bought three of them for my son's bed and all of them have fallen apart at the seams after the third or fourth wash. I've finally decided that it's NOT something we're doing wrong or that we're just getting the occasional odd mattress pad that was put together wrong--it's a design flaw in the product itself.

I bought 2 pads for different beds ( Queen for master-bed and twin for daughter's bed ). Ours is okay, but daughter's pad ( skirt of the pad) is fallen a part after a few washes. It does not provide as much as padding but it works well as a waterproof pad. I had to wash daughter's pad more often after a few accidents she had and it is fallen a part now.
The price is not bad but I will never buy it again because the skirt of the pad is made from the odd material like paper. Spend more money and get nicer one.

These mattress pads seemed so nice when we first started using them-the padding is thick, they fit well on the beds, etc. But we only got 3-5 washes out of them. We foolishly kept buying more, thinking that we were washing them wrong, and tried to be sure to only wash and dry on gentle cycle, but even so, they were destroyed. The plastic lining on the inside is very, very, thin and got all bunched up and twisted together in the laundry. When we tried to put it back on the bed it had so many lumps that it wouldn't lie flat. I finally cut the back of one of them open and found huge knots of the plastic film. The ones that made it through the laundry a few times developed holes in the sides, in the fabric that attaches to the mattress. Just a big disappointment all around.

I bought this mattress pad in the store instead of on-line and unfortunately did not read the reviews first. I bought it to use on my 2 year old daughter's bed (she still has a few accidents at night.) It would be a great product if it held up when washed. It was great until I washed it. On only the second wash, it ripped. So now I can't tuck in on the bed - I'm just having to place it on the bed and cover with sheets to make it stay in place. I would not recommend this product!!!

I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing this pad. The sides of the pad have a paper feel with no elastic to hold the pad in place. The pad slips out of place under the sheet. I don't know how well it will hold up in the wash as I don't believe I can stand to use it that long. Not representative of the quality of item normally marketed at Target.

Purchased for my daughter's bed and we love it! We have a 3" Ikea twin mattress, and I was worried it wouldn't fit correctly because it says it's for a thicker mattress but it fits just fine. I'm not sure what the other reviewers were saying about it having a paper material on the sides, ours has mesh sides so maybe they've changed the design since then. I have not washed yet so can't comment on that, but will probably use gentle cycle just in case. So far very happy with the product!

I bought for my daughters bed and was surprised that it fits perfectly. She has a pillow top mattress and I find that lots of them don't stay on. This one fits great!

It did its job well. I washed it and it looks new. Fits perfectly in my cal King mattress. Couldn't be happier with this waterproof Mattress Pad.
