They were right.... Good things come in small packages...
I just received this and couldn't wait to open it and use it on my stairs... I have 4 cats and well you know what that means.

This little machine packed a powerful punch... It was so worth the purchase and I am really glad I did my homework before buying.

I also like that is has a strap you put on it so you can carry on your shoulder for easy use, it's not heavy and bulky, and the retractable plug is pretty long so I was able to vaccum all my stairs without have to unplug and replug somewhere else, and the cord retracts itself when you move the button, which was great in itself...

It's nice to buy a product, and it actually works the way it is promised to.

Great little vaccum, I highly reccomend it., Oh and it has no bags which, is also another cost saver for us.

I bought this vac from recommendations I read, and I am not disappointed with it. Has good power without being too loud. It is a little heavy but that's because of the stronger motor. What makes this unit stand out is the revolving brush attachemnt. I love it for carpet! It works just as good as your upright vacuum. The other crevice attachments work great too. One or two passes over the dirt and it's gone. That fact alone increases its value!
Will be buying another one as a Christmas present. I highly recommend it (but I have only used one other B&D unit and it was smaller).

There is not a single bad thing about this hand-vac. It has excellent suction power and comes with a power spinning brush and crevice tool attachments. I can easily clean two cars on one charge. I also cleaned my couch, loveseat, recliner and glider rocker with ottoman with a single charge. One piece of advice: you should rinse the filter using running warm water and let air dry after each use. I would highly recommend this item 100%.

I love this hand vac. I've had it a couple of months already. It has the full suction power of my regular vacuum. Sometimes, it's a little too strong for my wood floor spills, but always great for carpet. The brush is fantastic for carpet pick ups. It really gets everything. The crevice tool is a little short to get between the car seats, though. That's the only con.

Battery life has been good. I make sure to drain it fully before recharging. I only charge for 3-6 hours (more if I forget to unplug it). It will hold a sufficient charge for several days before needing a recharge. Do not store it plugged it, I hear that kills the battery.

Love this hand vac. I'd definately buy it again.

I'm writing a review because I bought this off of the reviews on here. I was not that impressed at all. My neighbor has a dustbuster I borrowed (I can't remember what kind.....) but it was SOOO much stronger. This thing is pretty weak.

I am a college student and i think this vacuum is just about right for a small carpeted room. The suction power is not as great as cord vacuum but it vacuums pretty much all I want it to vacuum like hair, dust, and small pieces of paper and such.

The only problem is when you clean out the vacuum you have to really clean the entrance of the vacuum suction part well by digging it out because it can clog up and lose the suction power.

This thing worked great for about 6 months, but the battery will no longer hold a charge. Apparently the warranty does not cover the battery, so if you want to be able to keep using it you have to buy a new battery every 6 months which is about 1/2 the cost of buying a new one!!!!

the shark was great for about 8 months. i loved it and it was great on my carpet, as well and on stairs. then no matter how long i charged it. it would die out in 30 sec. i was really disappointed. back to searching for the right one.

This is the best item... I use it on everything from cleaning up a mess on kitchen floor, cleaning dog hair from cushions, touch up job in car... LOVE IT! Even the hubby uses it all the time. Great item with great suction.
