not so great

The "waterproof" backing is like thin windbreaker material and not at all waterproof. What bothers me the most is the fact that they're too tight on the neck of my 4 month old; then if you only velcro the tip, the scratchy side of the velcro is face up to the baby's neck. Horrible design!! plus the velcro isn't sewn on well, i forsee it ripping off completely after a couple of uses...

These bibs are great if you want to have lots on hand without spending a lot of money. However, my experience is that the terry cloth side is not thick enough and the spit-up/drool falls quickly down the front of the bib or makes it through to little one's clothes.

I am on my 3rd child and breastfeeding and before I even had the baby I bought these, washed them and they are horrible! Not only do they fuzz up terribly the velcro in the back is so scratchy it scratched up my fingers! It was sharp! DO NOT BUY! Get Gerber ones that velcro on side!

I purchased these bibs for my teething 9 month old son and while I love the solid colors and the fact that they are cloth on one side and plastic-like on the other they do not absorb AT ALL! They get soaked in minutes and need to be changed often. My son hates them and tries to pull them off because they are so wet. Don't buy these!

These bibs soak through, I had to sew 3 of them together to get one good bib.

I got these thinking that they were just like the 5 pack I-play terry bibs that ...... sells, but they're not! The 5 pack is three ply, with the plastic sandwiched in the middle of two terry cloth covers, so drools and spit ups will not soak through. These just have the two layers with the plastic on the back, somehow it soaks right through leaving my son's chest all wet. It seems like the company is trying to save money or something by skimping on an extra layer of terry cloth. I can't recommend these, they didn't work for me.

Protects the clothes from baby drool, does not leak through. Very lightweight for baby & easily transportable & washes very well in washer & dryer. Love them!!!!!

these are a nice size for my 9 week old who has been spitting up a lot. but they are not very absorbant, they do soak through to his clothes. and they are starting to come unsewn on the edges (after multiple washings). i plan on buying a different kind this week.

When my son started teething we went through bibs like crazy! These bibs were great. The velcrow is very secure. He can't pull there off like others we've tried. They're big enough to cover his whole front (without looking huge)and catch everything that happens to dribble out of his mouth. The cloth is very soft on his face and more than once I've caught him trying to rub it on his face and he cuddles with it the way he does his soft blankets. (he's very much a blanket child) He doens't fight me with these. Great buy! I've washed these maybe a hundred times and the color still looks great. Even after spagetti! I highly reccomend these to anyone who goes through as many bibs as we do!
