My daughter just loves her Little People school bus. She plays with is for long periods of time. It facilitates imaginary play. She is 17 months old and does not use it completely as intended. She puts the people in and out and talks to them and she puts other things in and out of the bus. It pushes easily and rolls without trouble. She has not figured out how to make the music play on her own just yet, but she loves when I make it play and light up. I have to say, we do not buy too many toys in our home which over stimulate her with noise and lights and etc... This is just enough it is not over done and still encourages her to use her imagination.

I would highly recommend this toy and give it as a gift.

My son got one of these from Santa Claus last year and plays with it often. He loves the music it plays. We did have to swap the one he received out for a different one though... It was programmed wrong and played the airplane song instead of the school bus song. If you are buying one as a gift you may want to check that out before giving it! :) Overall though it's a classic toy and a lot of fun for little ones to play with. I would have no reservations recommending it or buying one for a gift.

I love all the Little People toys and how durable they are. We own atleast 6 sets, so when my son recieved this for a Chirstmas gift I was probably just as excited as he was, but his excitement didnt' last long. He rarely played with this toy and now that he's outgrown it I was hoping his little sister would love it, and she could also care less. We have another bus of the same type that's by Leapster that is more educational that they play with more often.

My son who's 3 years old got this for his first birthday...
And, to this day he still plays with it... I have the model before this one, but still the same little people, and he loves it..!!!!

If you are thinking of buying Little People and don't know which set to get, I HIGHLY recommend this bus. Both my son and daughter have played with this much more than any of our many other Little People items. They enjoy loading up the people and driving them around.

I bought the Little People Bus for my son when he was about a year old. He loved it from day one. Putting the people in the bus, taking them out, opening and closing the doors, putting the people through the doors, pushing the bus on the floor, it goes on and on. Since he loved it so much, I bought one for my friend when her daughter turned one shortly thereafter. 6 months later it is still my son's favorite toy and I just spoke with my friend the other night (she lives thousands of miles away) and she told me this is still her daughter's favorite toy too. It's a really winner!

I loved the Little People when I was a kid and my 23 month old daughter loves them all now! We were out spending her Christmas money and she picked out the school bus herself. What a great buy! She plays with it everyday. She loves to put the people and even other small toys in the bus and push it around. The lights and music aren't annoying as so many other toys out there and my daughter loves to make the song play. This toy really encourages imaginative play!

This is such an underated little toy. I do not like too much TV all the time. So when we have a rainy day- this one is always the one my daughter picks out- she makes up these very elaborate "plays" "dramas" "reality shows" whatever. IT is the best toy and takes a real beating. She has been playing with this toy since 18mos, and is almost 4yrs old. Gotta get it! Also great for getting the little ones psychologically prepared for nursery/pre-K.

I have 2yr and 5yr old boys that have very different likes in toys. This bus is great because they both love to play with it and they are sharing. The top of bus is big enough to reach every "seat" and easy to maneuver people. Both boys love the lights and music. Its great to see them play together.
