I purchased the set of four dining chairs, two swivel rocking chairs and the tile table. I rate these items three stars because, while the set is stylish, The production quality of the product is poor. Of the three giant boxes, the first we opened was the dining chairs. Three of the four chairs had a bent leg. Since the outside of the box was not damaged, the chairs must have been damaged before packaging. We returned the chairs to Target without trouble but had to go to a different store to find the chairs in stock. The second box opened was the table. One of the leg brackets was bent, causing the table leg to noticably tilt in. The third box of swivel rockers was not damaged. The set has a seven year warranty but I doubt it will make it that long.

I really wanted this set to work out because it looks great, but the quality is really quite poor -- one of the chair's arms totally fell off!

I have the entire set. 4 dining chairs, 2 rockers, and the large dining table. Its a great set. HOWEVER, do not purchase this set unless you plan on keeping the cushions in storage whenever they are not in use. The cushions are a custom size that Target does not sell on its own nor do they provide the manufacturer information to get replacements. You will end up paying $50 per custom cushion to get them replaced with a 3rd party. Consider yourself warned.

We purchased the following items from the Sean Conway Tiverton Collection in 2007: Set of 4 Dining Chairs; the Round Fire Bowl Table; and the Bistro Set. We were impressed with the design and quality of the products. However, two of the chair cushions are damaged, and we have not been able to find replacement cushions that fit the chairs, which is a major drawback.

We just ordered these chairs online and received them...when we received them one of the chairs was slightly damaged. I called the customer service number located on the tags on the chairs right away and explained what happened. I just had to email a copy of the email receipt and a photo of the damaged chair to the customer service person (not a Target person - it was someone who worked for the chair company). Within less than one week a new chair arrived - no charge, no shipping fee. The new chair was great and we even get to keep the damaged chair (it is still usuable). We're going to buy the swivel chairs soon - hopefully when they have free shipping or go more on sale!

The chairs are comfortable and very nice looking. Great buy!

Great Set for the price. Extremely durable. I've had it for a little under a year now and it's shows no signs of wear. It's still like new. Still getting compliments on the set.

I purchased the 4 chairs in July of 2007. Not even 4 months later, middle part of the chair broke. My husband weights only 164lb and the chair was not able to hold his weight. Not even couples of weeks later another chair broke. Very poor quality. They look great, but what is the point if you can not seat on them.

We are very impressed with the look of the set (bought the table, 4 chairs, 2 swivel chairs, umbrella and stand). However, after 2 months of use 2 of the chairs cracked the the top and one of the chairs armrest cracked all the way through. This was with normal use. Target will be sending out replacements but this does not look like a set we'll have for years to come. It might be wise to invest some more money in a steel set if this is the look you are going for since the metal on these chairs will not hold up for the long run.

We had bought the Tiverton chairs for our pool last year and got the swivel rockers at an end-of-season close out. I wanted a whole set to match so I purchased these chairs and the table. It looks nice and is very functional. I was not in the market for a $2000 patio set, so this one fits the bill. A good set for the money.
