We tried many different swaddle blankets...regular blankets, the Swaddle Me brand, etc. Our baby got out of everything as she got older. This is what you need if you have a Houdini swaddle master like we did. It's nearly impossible to get out of and keeps them swaddled tightly. I wouldn't use any other product.

I highly recommend this product. I had tried other swaddle blankets and my boys always broke out of them. My son slept in this for a long time and never broke free (sometimes he managed to get a leg out, but nothing more)- but he just outgrew it. It feels weird the first time you put it on and you wonder if you are doing it right but baby will love it!

This swaddler came highly recommended but I didn't like it. I much prefer the kiddopotomus ones with the velcro. The "sleeves" on this swaddler are so long that I have to pick my son up out of his crib to properly wrap it around him and I end up waking him.

Like some have mentioned already here, our son was one of the Houdini Swaddle Breakers. No matter what size or weight of wrap, swaddle, or blanket, he broke free within minutes and woke himself up. After two restless nights at home, we tried the Miracle Blanket. Needless to say, we never looked back. We bought a second one, too, so we could rotate them out for washing and diaper blow-outs. We purchase this gift for almost all new moms now and swear by it 100%.

This blanket saved me! The first night home from the hospital I was trying desperately to swaddle my son in the wee hours of the morning to no avail. Then I remembered I'd received this blanket as a gift so I tried it out and I almost cried tears of joy when it worked!! I said to my husband the next day - it really is a miracle!! I've since bought another one and I use them every single night. I will definitely be giving these as baby shower gifts in the future.

I let this blanket sit in the dresser for the first few weeks. It looked like a straight jacket and came with instructions and just seemed too complicated. And then one stressful night when nothing seemed to calm her down I tried this miracle blanket as a last resort. The moment I wrapped her in it she calmed down and smiled at me. She loves it I love it and don't go anywhere without it. If you get one thing baby get this.

Our baby is able to get out of any swaddle blanket except the Miracle Blanket. The material is thin and has plenty of stretch, but it acts like a straight-jacket. Our baby is able to sleep through the night without waking himself up in this blanket.
