I had been looking for a mid-size crock for sometime to serve my chili-cheese dip in. My mini was too small and the full size was too big!Last Saturday,my fellow boaters and I were confined to the dock due to rain. So,first I brought the dip to temperature on the electric base and then transferred it to the cast iron base to serve my dockmates.It was a hit! Not only is it functional, I think it makes an attractive presentation with the tea candle burning. It's a little pricey,but worth it to me.
