I loved this high chair when my son was 6-12 months of age, but he then became smart enough to know and feel on the underneath side of the tray and click the blue button and remove the tray himself and hop down. If I strap him in he will lean forward to get down and the entire highchair will fall over with him. It eventually became very unsafe for him. I just hope everyone thinks long term for a purchase this much.

I can't tell you enough how much I love this chair. My sisters and friends have other chairs and this chair is so much easier to use, clean, and safer for my baby girl. I would and have recommended this chair to new mothers. She loves to play while I make dinner. The older she gets, the more aspects of the toy she explores. Buy this chair....you won't regret it!

This is the BEST high chair!! It makes my dughter very entertained and comfy! I only wish the buckle was made of softer material but it's still the best high chair!

I'm not at all disappointed in the value, workmanship, features and so forth of this highchair. The tray is a little ornery to get hooked on correctly (one side will catch but the other won't) consistently and the toy meant to sit on the tray is a bit big and cumbersome so it's ended up with the other "floor time" toys. My almost 10 month old plays with it happily on the floor, but seems overwhelmed when it's on the tray.

If I was reviewing this entirely from a parent's point of view, I'd give this 4 1/2 stars. I'm pleased with it. But because I bought it for my son, and he is the one that actually is sitting in it - I need to take into account the way he feels about it. And believe me, I know when he's not happy. He definitely is not happy sitting in this highchair. Now the "why" is another issue, I can't say for sure but feel fairly certain it's the pommel on the seat that's making him uncomfortable. He squirms around the entire time he's in it, and I've adjusted everything that I can. It's too bad, because he loves to look at it!

My 4 onth old enjoys sitting in this high chair. The toy is fabulous it snaps into place on the tray so it can't get accidentally tossed on the floor and broken. The tray with toy attached is a little heavy to remove one handed but if the toy is not attached then it is a breeze. This is a 3 point harness which I don't believe is listed in the website description. The unit folds up very nicely and all 4 wheels can be locked in place to prevent movement.

We love this high chair. Have been using it since the baby was 6 months old. The small baby head rest does its job & the toys are so cute. We had no problem with it popping out ever and he is almost 11 months old. The only thing that we've had a problem with (which is probably a good thing) is the wheels lock VERY easily. Just when you think they aren't locked and go to move it, you cant! It's frustrating but I guess a very good safety feature at the same time. One thing you should know if you do buy this, the tree on the toy tray has to be set on the floor and pushed in VERY hard or else it wont go. We were just doing what the diretions said ( they simply just say to push it in ) and we thought we had a broken one, until we called and asked. All the rainforest collection are perfect for boys OR girls. They have a bassinett too!

I love this high chair - especially the toy on top. I'm surprised how much my baby enjoys playing with it. And it's easy to get her in and out of.

The one thing that makes this high chair stand out from the others is the fact that the straps are removable and machine washable. After a run through the wash, they are perfectly clean. Now, I really wish that the seat cover was machine washable too. My son is 12 months and the seat cover is already badly stained. It is really hard to clean in the creases too.

Another good feature is the one handed release on the tray. This helps out as it always seems my other hand is busy holding baby.

The insert tray does not fit in our dishwasher. We end up having to wash the insert tray AND the base tray by hand EVERY day (more than once)... this is because the insert tray doesn't completely cover the base tray and food just goes everywhere (of course). So, there is some room for improvement here.

Also, the bottom of the tray isn't kick friendly. Every now and then my son will kick his legs and hurt his little toes on the jagged bottom side of the tray. I wish the bottom side didn't have the sharp angles.

I do give this highchair 4 stars because I do like it better than all the others I've seen and used. It just has some room for improvement... and I KNOW because I use it every day at least 3 times a day!!!!

I debated over getting this one or not, because it doesn't fold up flat like the other one I was looking at (I think it was Melbourne maybe), but I decided to stick with my rainforest collection. I am so glad I did! My son is a busy boy and can't really sit still and needs something to play with at all times, so that's why I went with this one. The toy has been a life saver. While I'm getting his food ready, he plays with the toy or while I'm doing some "quick" housework he'll sit there, eat a biter biscuit, and play with the toy. So, it has been a life saver. He loves it, so mom does too! Very cute, easy to clean! Good job Fisher-Price once again!
