This product was a gift for my 8 year old. He loves it! I suggested the gift for him because he is very good at bringing a picture alive with colors. He has had no problems with the markers with the exception of about 3 that were dry. The rest were perfect and let him color away. He stays organized and learns to experiment with other colors. He travels to grandmas' with it or whenever he knows he will need to keep busy somewhere. He has 3 other siblings, so these markers are all his own and permission must be given by him for any borrowing to be allowed. The tower stays up with no problem at all. I do wish it had some kind of carrying handle built in it though. Other than that this is my son's favorite.

THE TOWER WILL FALL DOWN IF YOU ARE ROUGH WITH IT. THEY SHOULD HAVE IT SNAP INTO PLACE BETTER. MY KIDS HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE TOWER. ALL THE MARKERS WORKED WELL OTHERWISE I'D LET CRAYOLA KNOW OR EXCHANGE IT! TARGET WILL EVEN TAKE BACK WITHOUT THE RECEIPT IF YOU HAVE THE CREDIT/DEBIT CARD YOU USED! FABULOUS FUN, GREAT DISPLAY EASY TO USE.

I do have to start off by saying we didnt have any problems w/ dry markers. IM glad to say they were all fine. Maybe the other reviewer ended up w/ a bunch that were sitting in the store long? I dont know but I would have taken it back for another.
anyway, what is nice is how the child does not lose them! Puts them back as he uses them, "even w/ the tops" which is a huge improvement! Usually all of our markers end up with no tops & the markers dry up & get thrown away. Also nice to see each color perfectly. Neon, regular, pastel, nice verity in one case! The 'only' thing I dont like is its made from cheap plastic & instead of the layers of the tower staying in place it constantly falls & you have to pop it back up in place. There are times also when having a hard time getting it back in place it just pops out & the markers go flying. I would say you have to have some patience with this product & if you do you and your child will enjoy this. I know we have. the marker & crayons.

I bought these for more colors for my daughter and the case was nice so they weren't rolling all over the table. I waited for them to go on sale because I thought they were very high priced. Out of the 50 markers...23 of them were COMPLETELY DRY!!! The rest of the them colored but were like used markers and just didn't have the quality that I would expect from Crayola, VERY DISAPPOINTED!! My daughter was very upset that we had to bring back her new markers!
