I use this flour sifter all the time, mostly for confectioners sugar. I like that you can shake it from side to side instead of having to pull the little 'trigger' like on other sifters. The lids on the top and bottom are nice too, to avoid spills, etc. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because it rusted along the bottom rim after only a few washes in the dishwasher.
