I bought this thinking it was a cheap and useless Neck massage 4 [price] mostly everything is bad but it works great the only thing that i did not like is that it was little to small BUT THATS IT!BUY It

This neck machine is worthless... it just vibrates and so if your neck/head muscles are tight, it makes your neck/head pain worse. The heat only works if the vibrating is on -- not an option for me. I do not recommend this "massager" at all. I have neck machine that is 15 years old that is 100% better than this one.

I read the poor reviews but bought the product anyway. My mistake. The heat function does not work at all. The massage is really just a vibration. Would not recommend.

This is a waste of money. The heat "feature" hardly warms, the "massage" feature just rattles your head around. Not worth the money, don't buy it.

You get what you pay for- this thing is worthless. I got it for my dad for Christmas and when I tried it out on my own neck, it barely vibrated. And since I'm a tiny person, I knew this wasn't going to do jack for my dad. Am returning to the store.

I like the heat and gentle vibrating massage. I use it almost everyday and can feel my muscles tighten up if I skip a couple of days. I would recommend it though the power cord and the unit had to replaced after 11 months. Thankfully the company has a 1 year warranty and quickly replaced it. I am so happy to have another one!

I didn't like this massager. It literally gave me a headache when it vibrated and I was not able to adjust it to conform to my shoulders so it would not vibrate off. Never got warm, it could have been defective.
