you don't even know they are there January 22, 2008 Reviewer:  S. Atwell Real Name (Arlington, TX USA)  See all my reviews >

These are super comfortable & you can't even tell they are there under a bra - not like normal bulky nursing pads. They do stick on, but the downside is that when you take them off to nurse they can get lint & stuff stuck to them if you're not careful. Easy to clean. HOWEVER - not very practical in the first month or so of breastfeeding while your milk is regulated - I leaked a LOT in the beginning but now after 6-8 weeks they are wearable. My sister-in-law used the same pair for almost a year - the instructions say they last for 2 months but I've known others to say they last much longer.

Not for heavy leakers or large breasts May 13, 2009 Reviewer:  Jaclyn Lane Real Name (Orlando, FL , USA)  See all my reviews >

I bought these hoping that I would never have to use disposables again. Disposables show through almost every shirt and they are expensive. The Lilypadz stuck really well and I was hopeful at first but I still continued to leak. Unfortunately, the milk would gather in the pad and it would break open and the collected milk would spill out all at once. It may have to do with the fact that I have large breasts, a heavy milk production, and frequent leakage problem but these just didn't work for me. I even read on the Lilypadz website that these aren't made for larger-breasted women. Too bad.

Great product, no leaking, or bumps under shirt. August 18, 2008 Reviewer:  N.M. "Niki" (Ohio, USA)  See all my reviews >

I've never had any issues with leaking. Even when my milk lets down on both sides, the other side will not leak when I'm nursing. My lactation consultant said the key is to first seal tight around the nipple for 10 seconds, then press around. I've always done that and had no issues. Great product, no lumps or leaks.

Great Product, I highly recommend it August 29, 2008 Reviewer:  K. Archambault Real Name See all my reviews >

I love these, I can finally go to bed without an anoying bra. These pads don't leak I am size 38C and produce a good supply of milk and have not had a problem yet. I leak through the regular cotton pads.

Well worth the investment! July 31, 2009 Reviewer:  Ann Blackburn "mommy2three" Real Name (Columbus, OH, USA)  See all my reviews >

I discovered these as a suggestion from the motherhood store instead of disposables. It took a little practice, but once they were on I could not feel them, see them through my clothes, and they kept the milk in. They also did not irritate my tight, stretched out skin like the disposables did. Just make sure your skin is not dried out or it will be irritating to take them off. Also make sure your skin is not covered in lotion or they will not stick. I bought an extra pair so when I washed them I could store them right away (if they get lint or dirt on them they will lose their sticky). The best thing to clean them with is a shampoo or soap with no lotion/ or moisturizer in them ( I used Pantene and then would use the blow dryer so I could wear them right away. Because I took really good care of them, I wasn't wasting money every week for disposables. They lasted me for over three months. Hope this is helpful!

Great Product! Highly reccomend! December 29, 2008 Reviewer:  Regan's Mom (GA)  See all my reviews >

I got these during my last pregnancy. I loved them simply because I could finally sleep without a bra at night. They did occasionally leak if I went to long without feeding or pumping, but when going out I would wear a very thin pad as a back up...just in case. (I wear a 36D and produced a lot of milk though!) For the most part though, they did a much better job than any of the regular pads. The regular pads would get stinky quickly for me, but I washed these often enough to keep them super sticky so I never had that problem with the Lily Padz! I'm getting a set for my cousin who is expecting cause I think they're a must!!

Not as great as I hoped they'd be July 3, 2008 Reviewer:  Jamie "Jamie" (MO)  See all my reviews >

I have only used these a couple of times, and they work okay for a short period of time, but when I wore them for more than an hour or so I got soaked! I think they'd work if you don't really leak much, but if you leak any significant amount, I'd stick with the Lansinoh pads.

Work great but odd shape September 25, 2008 Reviewer:  Austin Mom (Austin, Texas)  See all my reviews >

The Padz work great for preventing leaks and I love to use them under shirts that are thin becaus you can't see them like you can with regular nursing pads. The only downside is that they give you a funny shape.

Almost satisfied April 9, 2009 Reviewer:  Monica Ohlsen Real Name (California)  See all my reviews >

The thing I love about these pads is that they do keep your clothes from getting leaked on. At night time they fill up with milk if you go long durations between feedings, but still keep your clothes dry. I now use the pads during the day time and lansolin pads at night to change between feedings. I would buy them again because they save me three pads a day!

Ideal for exercising! March 19, 2009 Reviewer:  Picky mom "Meg B" (Bel Air, MD)  See all my reviews >

I used these with my second pregnancy and found they were perfect, especially for exercising. They stayed on even during swimming and were very breathable. I also used traditional nursing pads, but found these much more affordable and easy to maintain. In the summer months these were lighter and easy to take on and off while out and about.
