Makes Bathtime So Easy!!! February 26, 2006 Reviewer:  First Time Mom See all my reviews >

I absolutely love this bathtub. My newborn is a constant mover - she is always moving her arms and legs, so using one of the plastic tubs was an awful experience - she constantly was slipping and hitting her legs and feet against the hard plastic sides. It was hard for me to support her head and wash her at the same time. With this tub, she is able to lay in the hammock and move around and not slip and slide everywhere. I also don't have to worry about supporting her head constantly so I have two free hands for washing. I wish I would have found this earlier!!

Best bathtub for baby! February 20, 2006 Reviewer:  Quincy, Phay and Caehl's mom "3 times a mama" (Spokane, WA)  See all my reviews >

We had the first years tub with our first two children... i saw the fisher price aquarium tub and decided the first years tub was going to goodwill. We absolutely love the new fisher price tub, bathing a newborn is hands free, and baby looks so comfy in the cradled hammock. The "toys" will be great as tub toys when the baby is a bit older. I would suggest this to anyone in the market for a baby tub!

This tub is awesome! April 9, 2006 Reviewer:  Luke's Mommy (San Bernardino, CA)  See all my reviews >

This is the third tub that I purchased. Unfortunatly, my son was 5 months when I got it so I did not get to use the sling. I look forward to using it for my next baby. This is the only tub I was able to fit over my double sink. It's very comfortable for me to bathe my son in and he really seems to like it. He is obsessed with the attached fish toy. Which is great because it keeps him occupied while I wash him. I'm really glad I purchased this tub.

Love it!!! February 4, 2008 Reviewer:  Lil Jazzy Athena's Mommy "Niki" (Antioch, CA, USA)  See all my reviews >

I have this tub for my daughter and I love it. The sling worked great for when she was a newborn. It allowed her to be in a little bit of water but not submerged in it. Now that shes three months I've taken the sling off and she sits in the seat part of the tub. It holds her up and doesn't let her slide. I would suggest this to every new parent.

A Fabulous Purchase! May 3, 2006 Reviewer:  CJ "CJ" See all my reviews >

I bought this tub because I generally like Fisher Price and it looked a lot nicer than the other tubs out there. I am so glad I did. Our son has loved bath time since the very first time he had one and with the sling, I don't need extra help giving him a bath since I don't worry about constantly holding him up with one hand. Perhaps the best thing, though, is that the pillow is positioned perfectly so that when I use the green pouring cup that comes with the bath, the water flows back over his hair and never onto his face. I can shampoo and rinse with no water getting into his eyes at all. I also use the orange cup that has holes in it to provide constant water on his tummy so he doesn't get cold.

Great product! I'm glad I read reviews on this tub. May 4, 2006 Reviewer:  Mom of 4 (Arizona)  See all my reviews >

While trying to decide on a tub for my 4 month old daughter, I discovered that Target.com has reviews of products. I read the reviews on the tub I originally wanted (by Safety 1st) and everyone said "Don't buy it, it leaks!" So I didn't.
My daughter loves this tub, she can sit by herself in the divided side with the back support and it has a nice rubber texture so her little bottom doesn't slip and slide, as she is very wiggly in the tub. I can't wait until she can sit up by herself in the larger and deeper divided side. I know she'll love it.
The two pouring cups that come with it are very handy as well.
Also, this tub is a one-piece design so no leaks!
UPDATE: Now that my daughter is 6 months old and can sit up by herself, she uses the larger portion of the tub and has a great time in the bath. My only gripe is there is no texture on the bottom to keep her from slipping, as there is on the reclining side. I ended up putting one of those heavy cloth changing pads on the bottom and it does the trick!

Good Design...you just need to know how to use it! February 5, 2009 Reviewer:  Madie's Mom "Jessi G" (Riverside, CA)  See all my reviews >

I have seen many moms complain about the hammock but if they really looked at it they will realize what it is for. My daughter is 5 months and loves bath time, the hammock is a good concept cause its for NEWBORNS ONLY, since you have to give them sponge baths cause of the cord, once that falls off you can detach the bottom of the hammock or attach it to the sides and she will be in the water but have head support. Once she can finally sit up we wont need it anymore, but its works great. I just think the moms need to realize what it was actually for.

Great Bath Seat for newborns and infants February 12, 2009 Reviewer:  Autumn Stoddard Real Name See all my reviews >

It sounds to me like a few of the other moms are using the hammock for longer than it is intended. The hammock portion easily clicks onto the bathtub and is used for NEWBORNS ONLY. It keeps them out of the water while their cord is still drying. Once they no longer need the hammock, simply unclip it and your child sits nicely in the no-skid seat. Be careful that the snap-on base (underneath the seat)is always attached. My only complaint was that it should really be one piece. Overall, it's a great seat and my daughter used it for as long as she would fit in it. She is 18 months now and no long fits in the seat but still uses the sea creature "cups" that came with it.

It's a tub April 1, 2009 Reviewer:  working mom "Sarah Q" (Forest, MS, USA)  See all my reviews >

For all the disappointed moms that have trouble bathing their babies alone...so sorry babies are slick! The hammock is for the newborns that can't be submerged - hence keeping them out of the water!! you can detach the hammock at the feet only and use it longer until your kid gets too long...this prevents the whole sliding issue. The little bump seat is great...my baby is almost 4 months and kicks all the time. He hasn't slid off yet (don't know why others have had this problem) the little accessories I really don't get though!
