This cream is great! I first tried the Lansinoh brand but it's way too thick and hard to spread. This brand is much better.

Out of all the lanolin products I have tried, this is by far the best. After one application, I feel a significant difference. Other products Ive used have to be reapplied frequently and they dont promote healing as quickly

Before trying the Medela Tender Care Lanolin, I didn't think that there was anything out there that could help me!! I had huge cracks at the base of both nipples and was living with the pain just to feed my daughter. I had tried the Gerber stick, and it didn't help heal or comfort anything! I was given the Medela Tender Care from a lactation consultant as a sample and loved it! My nipples healed and I can now nurse my infant without dreading feeding time. It saved my sanity!! Don't buy the Gerber stick its a complete waste of money and time.

I LOVE Medela's Lanolin formula. It's so easy to spread and instantly relieves stinging and soreness, and you only need a teeny dab. I also had tried Lanisoh and it was too sticky and hard to spread, which made my nipples actually hurt even worse. I keep a tube in my pump tote bag and one in my bathroom to reapply after showering. If I hadn't happened to receive a sample of this, I'd have never known about it and probably would have given up on breastfeeding within a week.

This product was so much better than Lansinoh in my opinion! My nipples became so dry and cracked due to poor latch-ons and this product was my best friend! It was extremely soothing and rubbed on smoothly. The Lansinoh hurt to rub on as it was thicker than vasoline. Another life saver was some gel nipple pads I bought from Rite Aid. You can freeze them and stick them to your nipples, although they are sticky they peel off easily and do not hurt. Also I found they didn't allow milk to leak through and I never had to use bra pads!! Anyways, hope this review will help!

I was on my second tube of Lanisoh when I ran out and had to use the free sample of Medela Tender Care Lanolin that came with my pump. WOW. I couldn't believe how much nicer this stuff was than the Lanisoh! It glides on smoothly with no need to warm it up on your fingers first. I have to apply this to my aerolas every time I pump (8 times a day - I have twins) and this stuff is a lifesaver on sore nipples. Like other reviewers have said, it is easy to wipe off too. Also, the Lanisoh left a residue on my breastshields that turned white from the friction of pumping....this stuff doesn't do that. I wish this was available with my first child!

This is the product that the hospital gave me and I loved it. I am a second time mom and I used Medela before, but this one is softer and eaiser to apply. It is a life saver when you are a nursing mom!

This is a great product, but I had no troubles breast feeding and never even opened the bottle. Wait and see if you need it before you buy it.

This stuff is the best. I would recommend this to anyone! Don't waste your time with other products. It may seem spendy but 1 tube goes a very long way. Give it a try!
