I think that the Nintendo DS Lite is the eighth Wonders of the World! With all the awesome things you can do with it, It's truly outstanding. Wi-Fi, Long life battery, Two bright 3 in. screens, Pictochat and the list go's on. If you don't have one now, you will soon. Ask to try one of your friends out (Yes, you have to give it back!) and you will see what I'm talking about. I don't want to say this to loud but $129.99? I think Nintendo could have got a lot more $$$ for this fully loaded gamming system. We have all the colors (Pink, White and Black) in our house and all are great looking. So I give the Nintendo DS Lite a 5 out of 5. In-joy!

I bought this for my daughter for her 4th birthday. She is in LOVE with it! Even though she has been wanting one for several months, I was almost reluctant to get one for her because I thought she was too young. - Boy was I wrong! She knows how to play it better than I do, and this really occupies her. Great for travel, while waiting in the office, or just lying around the house.
I highly recommend this to anyone with a child. It is very entertaining and some of the games you can find are quite educational as well.
I was able to find her the Coral Pink one, even though it has been discontinued now. Hopefully Nintendo will bring it back because this color is much better than the Metallic Rose one.

My daughter really does love this. Yet although my daughter is only 3 still she enjoys it a lot. Loves to play the different games on it. Got dropped quite a few times and yet it still does work perfectly fine!

My daughter is 10 and she's can be very hyper especially when she's bored. I bought her all kind of toys to keep her busy. The busyness lasts for a while and then she's bored again. Well july we were on vacation in Florida and I bought her a DS. Best thing I could have ever done. She hasn't complained about being bored ever since. And I don't need to worry about what she's watching on tv because she's busy with her DS. She loves it. For Christmas she said mommy I'll just tell santa to bring me 3 new games. I was so happy cause that means she plans on keeping herself busy with the DS for long time to come. GREAT BUY!!!! You nor your kid won't regret it. By the way it's not that fragile, because my daughter isn't all that carfeful!!!!!!!

when i was over at one of my friend's house, she let me play her DS lite. it was so cool and really fun! the screen lighting is awesome and the dual touch screens are AMAZING! plus, there are realy cool games for the DS lite. the reason i started to beg my parents for one was because i wanted to play pokemon diamond/pearl, but then i found out that there are other really cool games too, such as yoshi's island, animal crossing, and pokemon mystery dungeon. all i can say is that this is a sweet system and if your kid wants one you should totally get them one! plus, the price is right. however, i think the DS is aimed more at girls than for boys, and vice-versa for the PSP.

As soon as you get this Nintendo DS Lite Coral Pink, you will fall in love with it! It is so awesome and I love it. It is very unique with it's Wi-Fi connection and Pictochat. I recommend that you buy this product if you are buying a Nintendo system because it has all you could ever want! I play mine every day!

The DS lets players play with a touch screen. Making a gamers playing much more fun, witht he touch screen your games are endless. You can get more creative, and it's a way of playing a game that may be more virtual to a player. On Imagine Babyz you feed and rock the babies using your sylist. On Drawn to Life you draw and create your own character and draw the town. You can also learn new languages in a fun way. Like French or Spanish. By playing games, and with the microphone you can say the words back to the game for pronuciation, and on cooking mama to cool the food down. All in All the DS is seriously the best portable system yet! Not including the fact that you can also play Gameboy games on the ds too!

ok, this ds lite is amazing! there are tons of games and picto-chat to use. i've only had mine for 3 months and i love it!!! the only drawback is the whole wi-fi connection thing. it takes a while, but it does work. i reccomend this for all kids and teens over 8 years old, but not younger than that. They should stick to GameBoy for now...
