I'm not sure why the other people are upset about this product. I used it to trim my dog and it worked great! Mind you, if you have dogs with thick coats, this isn't the tool to use, but for medium coats, this is a great product.

These clippers are the WORST clippers I've ever used. I used to work for a dog groomer and i know how to use clipper but these still will NOT CUT. I have 2 cockers that I attempted to use them on. One has VERY fine hair and they still won't cut worth crap. They are loud and make a horrible buzzing noise that I can't fix. I've adjusted them every which way that you can and they still are loud and buzz. DON'T BUY THEM!!!!!!! And now I'm stuck with them b/c I bought them months ago thinking they would work and no longer have the receipt and at my target store in [..], [..] they won't let you return ANYTHING with out a receipt. They told me last time they don't offer store credit to anyone. So DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!

I purchased these clippers in my Target store. What a mistake. Unless you dog has extremely fine hair these are not the right tools for the job. I was very disappointed in the performance of these clippers.

horrible clippers for pets, unless your dog has thin wirey hair this is not the way to go. Spend the extra and go to petsmart or something. It'll also save you hours of frustration. POS clippers

This is the worst item I have ever purchased. My dog has fine hair and it couldn't even cut that. Now they are running around with the ugliest haircut, that's not even half-way done. This is my 2nd conair product that was not good. Conair is not a reliable company.

This actually cut my schnauzer's hair like it was supposed to for about 5 minutes. After that, it only pulled out tiny bits of fuzz. It also made a very loud noise that was disturbing to both me AND my dog. I am returning these right now so that I can finish my dog's haircut.

I would rate this zero stars if I could. My local Target store discontinued the Andis brand (which is wonderful!), and replaced it with this set. The quality is terrible - the blades click together when the clipper is turned on, and it simply doesn't cut well -- it almost sticks in my dog's hair rather than running through it. The scissors dulled quickly, and the the bag tore the very first time I used it. Skip this product.

This was just about the worst price I have ever spent. It did not work at all. When I tried shaving my Yorkie-Poo it would not shave the hair. It was loud with lots of vibration, which made my dog shake with nervousness. The scissors worked good, so I basically ended up spending 3 hours cutting my dog's hair with the scissors.
