I bought a very similar item - NextPlay CD player clock radio. It worked for 10 months and now can't read the CD. I won't buy a NextPlay CD player again!

I bought this in a different color. CD player stopped working after 14 months! No amount of lens cleaning could restore the CD play capability. 5 stars for looks. 1 star for performance. Don't buy from this manufacturer!!!

Do not buy this item if you expect to get longer than 10-12 months out of it. The CD player stopped reading CD'S after just 11 months. No amount of cleaning the lens or the cd's helped out. It just stopped reading them and that was it. Junk that didn't even last a year..I would not have given it one star but I didn't have the option of getting it none or a negative 5. JUNK!!!!!

I completely agree with all the reviewers before us. We bought TWO of these units, and within a year, BOTH of them stopped reading CDs. I've never bought such garbage in our lives. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

My first one lasted less than 3 months. I had no choice but to exchange it for another one. The second one lasted 6 months. It will not read the CD anymore. Complete garbage. I cannot even return it (even though I have the box and receipt) because it's past the 90 days. Don't waste your money. Spend a little more and get something better.

I bought this for my baby's room to play a CD at night while she slept. It worked great for about 6 months then all of a sudden it would only play up to song 4 (even if I switched CD)'s now it does not want to work consistantly.
I agree with the others, do not buy this player, it is horrible and not worth the money

I got one for my kids and I, to take camping, or just to go swimming at the lake, or now they put it in their bathroom when they're taking a shower. But it's been handy and enjoyable.
